Loitering, dirty room and overall uncomfortable

Initial room was filthy had to get another. Staff was indifferent. Crackheads or prostitutes not sure which or could have been both hanging outside.

Nice stay

Had to stay overnight for my daughters surgery first thing in the morning. Comfy bed, no perfumes or scents. Person at front desk was very nice.

Worst hotel ever stayed

The stay was not what I expected . When we arrived for check-in, there was no attendant to check us in so we waited for 15 minutes while calling and banging on the counter. When we approach our room, it seems ok but there was no bath soap to supply three people who were occupying the room, there was no shampoo and lots of other stuff missing.

Worse stay ever, Will never return

I will not be staying at this hotel a second time...I had to change rooms 3 times and the last room that I went to the sheets were dirty and all the pillow cases had some black stains on them,the sink was dirty...Whatever they say online that they have and when I got there they had none, the vending machines were out of drinks, the workers weren’t at the front desk when we got there we had to wait about 10 mins before someone came to assisted us, they also said that breakfast starts at 6am and when we got down there it wasn’t ready they said we had to wait about 10 Minutes more, they didn’t have much choices for breakfast, they have a sign that the hotel has become 100% smoke free and the all way smelled like smoke and also all 3 rooms that I went in in fact all the hotel smelled like smoke...I really didn’t have a good stay, it’s not worth it the price and it not worth the stay

Location: The night staff are very nice but the morning one is smell cigarette and I asked him to give me my receipt he said Expedia will send to me. Second I
The first thing the room are very clean but we didn't find a coffee machine and the phone is not working. The night staff too care of it and apologize for us. The breakfast this time is left over last was time it was fresh. Since the staff were nice we hope they take care of it
