Bad Hotel, I suggest you to close it

Pros: The receptionists
Cons: Close it for a complete repair
Location: very good
The reception was good. The receptionists were friendly and available. My room was dirty, the air conditioner was not working properly. Water was flowing from the ceiling. breakfast was not good quality. This is my second stay at this hotel I find that the physical aspect has deteriorated a lot in one year.

Lots of hidden fees

Lots of hidden fees like a parking fee per day and late check out fee making this hotel NOT cheap and not worth it.

Met with unfriendly not helpful hotel staff. Will not be going back or recommending to anyone.

Very Disappointed

No blankets in room . Fire alarm almost daily. Noisy fridge interfered with our sleep Room next to breakfast area woke us up at 6 am each morning. No computer system at check out. Safe in room didn't work. It was clean and close to where we needed to go but that was it.

My disappointing stay at Roadway.

Pros: They do provide transportation to/from the airport/hotel and the location is very close to a metro.
Cons: renovation should be a priority improve the breakfast bar and stop passing the buck to nearby restaurants
Location: The hotel has the ideal location. Very close to a mall, post office, and grocery store.
I chose them because their ad stated transportation would be provided to/from the airport/Miami Cruise Port/hotel and because the hotel seemed to be in a convenient location in regard to stores/restaurants. At the end of my cruise, I asked if I should wait in a particular location for the shuttle. The receptionist replied that the hotel only arranged for pickups at the airport and never at the cruise port. Several of the staff weren't very polite. For example, one chambermaid, saw me struggling with two suitcases. Instead of hold the door open for me, she walked out before me then let the door close in my face.

hotel staff rude, bad area, no parking

Cons: cleanliness, hotel staff attitude, customer service, iron in room, parking!!!
Location: not a safe area
The hotel staff was extremely rude when calling to book reservation and upon check in. I was driving a sprinter van and was told there was no place to park at or around the hotel because I didn't fit in parking structure. They basically said you are out of luck unless you want to go out every two hours and feed a parking meter. I had to park my van 1 mile away and walk to hotel. When checking in, the lady never told me the wifi code and also never informed me that you had to type 27 into TV before it works. I called downstairs to ask both questions and was given a rude response. The room was missing an iron. There was a piece of plastic from the previous persons soap in the shower which means it hadn't been cleaned. There was also a toothpaste cap the sink which meant it also hadn't been cleaned. On top of the hotel being dilapidated, the area is not good and I felt unsafe all night. Drive the extra 5 miles and pay more, I promise it will be worth it.

Fine for a one night stay.

Clean roon. Evidence of disrepair around room and hotel. Why charge extra for hotel parking? Also mandatory charge for room safe. Took 20 minutes for check in. Otherwise reasonable rate for the area.

Great helpful staff and shuttle drivers

Very pleased with yet another visit! This is now the only hotel we will stay at when we visit Miami. The shuttle driver, Alvaro, went above and beyond and found my bag that i accidentally left on the shuttle and got it back to me ASAP and was very careful with it as nothing was broken or missing! Fantastic customer service!

NICE HOTEL CLOSE TO SHOPPING

Pros: I LIKED THE LOCATION. IT'S PROXIMITY TO THE RESTAURANTS, BOUTIQUE SHOPS AND MALL.
Cons: ADDITIONAL BREAKFAST CHOICES AND MAYBE ADDING A BAR.
Location: THE LOCATION IS GREAT. IT'S CLOSE TO THE METRO RAIL, BOUTIQUE SHOPS, MALL AND GREAT RESTAURANTS. THE AREA HAS A SOHO FEEL TO IT.
THE HOTEL WAS CONVENIENT BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSE TO THE SHOPPING MALL AND NICE BOUTIQUE SHOPS. THERE WERE VERY GOOD RESTAURANTS CLOSE BY THAT WE WOULD WALK TO EVERY DAY. IT WAS ALSO GOOD AND CONVENIENT TO HAVE PARKING AND A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST AVAILABLE TO THE GUESTS.
