"We had an amazing stay here. The location was quiet and well kept. The home was well furnished and kitchen well equipped. We especially enjoyed BBQing by the pool and swimming. Several beaches were only a few minutes drive as well as grocery stores. Our hostesses was manager were easy to contact if needed and a pleasure to communicate with. We will try to stay here again on our next visit to Nassau."

He makes the most amazing food! He will come and Spoil you with the most delicious meals! He was Definity a highlight. The house is spacious, the pool is fantastic and the beach is pretty much all yours! Thank you so much for this fun time! "The Peaceful Hideaway has a wonderful location and a great potential to be a special place. Vanette is exceedingly helpful and responsive also with local transportation and renting a car. The location is right on the water and is quiet. It is quite far from Nassau and many attractions, so do rent a car and mind the pot holes. The room we had was functional, but rustic with many things in disrepair. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and clean, the A/C worked well and so did the TV. Breakfast on the veranda overlooking the water is very nice. On the minus side, the water comes out in a trickle and is luke warm. Some of the fixtures like the shades are broken, so was one of the lamps. It clearly needs some TLC, but it has potential. If you're looking for plush and fancy, don't go there. If you're okay with a bit rustic and dated, the location makes up for some of this and you can smile and enjoy. Remember, you're in the Bahamas :-)"

"We had a wedding to attend at Albany and this house is less than 5 minutes away! It was so convenient and easy to travel back and forth, which we did a lot. The house had everything we needed and then some. From the iron and steamer to the beautiful pool and outdoor space, we felt very much at home and comfortable. The kitchen has every tool and the beds were very comfortable. The location was also perfect for many restaurants in Lyford Cay. Anytime we had a question, Claudette replied quickly. We will definitely come back to New Providence and stay here again!"
