Bed to old n soft. Hurt my back every night I sleep. Couch is uncomfortable as well. You have to remind room service to clean your room and they still skip it. Maintenance and Staff are nice floors need to be cleaned my feet get dirty just from walking in the room

Quiet hotel for a relaxing getaway.

Very nice hotel in a quiet area. Room very comfortable for the stay. Had a great experience with the hotel and the staff.

Our room was very nice.

Pros: Located close to the strip without being on the strip
Cons: Other Tenants in the complex
Location: Access to freeway is easy. Just a few blocks south of the Strip
Our room was very nice. Like a Small apartment with all of the imentities.

Uncomfortable Night!

1. AC only in the living room. Too hot when in the bedroom. PUT a CEILING FUN in the bedroom. 1.The smell inside the room is quit disappointing. 3. When someone upstairs taking a shower, the running water was too loud and can hear it from the pipe in the bedroom. 4. People from upstairs seems like they trained for marathon with their foot steps and dragging furnitures. 5. Staffs are friendly so far.

When we entered the room it was clean and decent looking. It wasn't a fancy hotel but it was comfortable.

This place is for weekly renters. No managers on weekends so there was nobody there to address our issues.

No cleaning, no wifi, no Customer care

We had no wifi, no pillows, no cleaning of the room in our 4 days stay, it was pretty bad

Got off a plane at 11pm only to find out my room was infested with roaches no type of compensation just put me in another room. I couldn't believe how many roaches were in there horrible place and would not recommend it to anyone
