Closet o the airport

This hotel is close to the airport, but an expensive cab ride. There is a free shuttle but you have to call them. The room is great. The staff is friendly. I have yet to experience their breakfast. I can get a free shuttle directly to the car rental place. If you stay here get the phone number to call for a shuttle. Check to see if they have a shuttle to the strip. There is not resort fee at this hotel.

Great Staff

Pros: Great staff. Large clean rooms, Nice beds.
Cons: Bathtub tight.
This hotel is located adjacent to the Las Vegas Airport. We had a rental car and a 4:20AM flight and unsure what to do. The staff had my husband take the car back and sent transportation to bring him back to hotel. They recommended nice restaurant in walking distance, set-up wake-up calls and transportation for 4:300 AM. Very helpful, concerned and kind.

Nice hotel close to airport.

A very nice hotel, the room was very clean. It had a great walk in shower. The pool and large hot tub were very nice. Walking distance to a decent restaurant. The pillows on the bed are actually awful. We asked for different ones and were told they were all the same. All was good otherwise.

Friendly desk staff and a reliable FREE shuttle to nearby shopping areas and the strip - plus a free continental breakfast! This is one of the few gems left of a hotel that gives all these things for free. Highly recommend!

Yes they have food!

Pros: Great job by all
I had read a review that said they did not have any food. That is so misleading and incorrect. The rooms have microwaves, there is food in the vending machines for the microwaves, there is a pub next door and they have frequent shuttles to the Town Center and Mandalay Bay with a large choice of eating establishments. We came prepared on the recommendation of a review and were disappointed that we did not go out! Otherwise all was great and so close to the airport with free and frequent shuttles. Well done La Quinta.

Double billed room

Pros: The room was clean and nice once I was able to get in.
Cons: I recommend calling the hotel to make sure they have your reservation.
Location: Near McCarran Airport and close to car rental return.
The hotel assistant manager said they had no record of my reservation even though I had a confirmation number from Expedia. They would not give me a room for the night unless they charged my credit card a second time for the night. I had prepaid for the room and was able to provide proof, but that did not matter to the hotel. La Quinta corporate offices did not respond to a mailed complaint letter. I asked the hotel staff to call Expedia and help with the reservation and they refused. They did not even offer to let me use their phone and I had to use my own to call Expedia. Expedia was nice enough to refund my money so I was only out 2 hours of my time trying to get resolution from La Quinta employees and the assistant manager. This is the first lost reservation I have had in over 100 hotel bookings and 13 years using Expedia. I have always been happy with La Quinta properties but after this stay I will look elsewhere. Expedia customer service was nice, friendly and helpful in fixing the double billing issue.

Fabulous Stay

Pros: close to airport shuttle
Location: far from strip but easy to find
This hotel is easy to find and away from the strip. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The breakfast was nice and plenty of seating room. There was a shuttle from and to the hotel which only took minutes to get to airport. Room was comfy and spacious.
