Great Staff; Room not so Good

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff; nice and clean.
Cons: Make sure everything is in good repair and working order, and is not expired.
Location: It's only a five-minute drive to the zoo, which was why we chose it.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. But when we sat on the bed, it collapsed on one side and parts fell out onto the floor. Fortunately, there was a second bed, and it was in good shape. I went to make coffee in the morning, and the coffee was so old the pouch crumbled apart. Also, the outlet the coffee maker was plugged into didn't work (tested the lower half of the outlet, and that part worked), so had to move the coffee maker to a different outlet. The room was not expensive at all, so I guess it was worth what we paid.

No elevator or fitness room.

Hotel should include the following 2 notes on their website; 1. Fitness room not open and 2. Picture of pool makes it look bigger than it really is. While the location is very good, staying anywhere in the Old Towne area is good for the market and the zoo location. Hotel is still undergoing renovations.

Smoke

This hotel is under renovation. The first 2 rooms I was given smelled like fresh smoke...Like some was smoking in it the night before. The third room smelled clean, but the bedspreads are dirty.

Find Somewhere Else

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Cleanliness. Price. It needs renovation.
Location: Sketchy part of town.
Staff were very kind. Sheets were clean, but that's all the good I can say. Gross little room. Carpet needs replacing. Cleaning staff leave room really dusty and dirty. Find somewhere else to stay.

Just okay

It seems like they are doing some renovations. The beds are really comfortable. We had to have housekeeping reclean our bathroom but other than that it was nice. It’s super close to the zoo and a gas station and a McDonald’s. Super easy access to the interstate. Will stay again.

nice hotel,,,,,close to EVERYTHING

Pros: location
Cons: the bagels...
Location: right off the interstate and close to the Zoo and the Old Market.
This hotel has a great location, easy access, steps from a McDonalds and the staff is great too.

Good value

Very close to the zoo. The room was exactly as expected, clean and adequate. The breakfast was above average and my reason for returning to this hotel.

Extremely Convenient

It was extremely convenient to be so close to the highway, and the road noise wasn't even noticeable in the room. The room was great except for the thin walls and very talkative neighbors. Breakfast was as you would expect, adequate and without complication. Overall, I would stay there again and recommend it to friends looking to stay close to the Zoo.
