We didn't have a ton of choices to pick from. I've never stayed in a quality in and I now know why. The walls in the room are dirty. Chairs are stained and in general feels unsafe. It's situated in a parking lot of a busy retail shopping mall. Loud and frequent cars.

Despite the ratings on the website and the overall appearance of the outside of the property, this place was great. The room was clean, great water pressure in the shower and they even had a hot tub which my kids loved. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful.

Very nice staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed Lots of linoleum. Nothing fancy. Placed in the middle of a parking lot in a shopping mall complex. Good if you want to shop. Not great if you like to walk and see the sights.

The staff was helpful. Clear drug activity nearby. Very run down fixtures. Poor lighting in room. Window facing parking lot has no curtain or covering to block light. Bed was old. Chairs were stained and very old. Heating / AC was loud. For the rating level and price, this was all completely unacceptable.

Short stay, only 10 hours but the bed was comfortable, no nasty odors, everything was clean and it didn't feel like I went back in time 30 years. For the price point, it's a win for me! I'll definitely stay here again.

A one night stay at the coast to enjoy the ending of a year. Front desk was friendly and thorough with check in process. We received a large room which was nice, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was hot with a very good variety. Overall a pleasant experience.

My nephew got sick and spilled the bedsheets. House keeping was very kind and quick to replace the bedding with no extra charge. Traveling with kids is hard enough but this hotel made it easier for us.

The hotel had an old refurbished basement feel. There was carpet but did not feel comfortable walking barefoot. The place look like it was taken care as best as it could but I still couldn’t bring myself to shower or sit comfortably in the very obviously stained chairs. The breakfast was had your standard selection, but it felt old and sausage was undercooked.

You will be charged a large fee for your pet. It doesn’t say this upfront on Expedia neither Expedia nor the hotel will cancel. What a bad way to start your stay. For the price I paid I could have stayed someplace nicer.

Check was very pleasant. Got to room 126 our room. Soon as i opened the door bam the smell of musty meldew hit me in the face. You can smell the moisture the room. So we ran to walmart to get some spray to help. Well it didnt. So i decided to take a bath and try to relax. The hot watter ran out rite away. Tub ot 1/4 full. So scratch that idea. The bed was super comfortable the room was clean. The couch had a white stain on it. The floor was stickey. Breakfast was ok. I only had a waffle. The eggs and sausage just wasnt appealing to me. So over all wont be staying here again.
