I had to move to 3 rooms before i found a good room. The staff did try but he said he was the only staff. I was having issues with tv in room. He finally was able to come over and fix tv. It was quiet at night and i like that. The young man was courteous and did try to help me. It was a clean place.

We stayed for one night, we loved it! Super convenient location as you can literally walk one block to the beach. Location is perfect nearby lots of restaurants and shopping. Very clean room, super comfy sheets and pillows, 10/10!

The staff at the front desk was very nice. We were there for 3 nights and never had our room cleaned. My husband saw them in the hallway and said they could come in as we were leaving and she said no.

It was quiet and peaceful. My room had a pretty bad smell, and the floor felt like it needed to be shampooed. It was nothing special, but it wasn’t bad.

I enjoyed how close it was to the beach and the bed was super comfortable one of the best hotel beds i’ve slept on. Breakfast was good and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

My car was towed from hotel parking lot the morning that I had to deliver the eulogy for my mother. Cost me $270 to retrieve car and $20 for taxi ride. My sticker slipped off dash. The hotel said they did not want my license number. Horrific experience. Towels were so hard that they rubbed my husband’s skin off and left abrasion.

We I first got in my room I thought small and it was but the pros outweighed the small room. Manager was great and helpful when you needed help

I was very shocked with how dated and old the room was.The sheets and towels were very thin and old also.After staying at many Best Westerns and always being satisfied, I was very disappointed but we made the best of it because it was in a great location.

The water pressure sucked bad, The Room was very clean, as was the entire facility. easy wlking distance to the beach, the property around the Hotel is run down and in need of repair.

This was a very convenient hotel for the length of our stay. I was a little taken back by the sloppy painting in our room. One wall had been primed, but not painted. Another wall had a large spot primed, but not painted and the area around the light switch had been primed, but not painted. The bathroom mirror frame was also broken. All of the paint problems were in the bathroom.
