Hotel offers breakfast included, not breakfast at all. They never cleaned I was there for a week, I had to ask for a broom and I washed towels. Lounge chairs all (2) broken, stuff rude and not helpful. Terrible experience

No breakfast. As “free breakfast” i was expecting cereal, waffles, eggs (normal breakfast, nothing out of the ordinary), they only served coffee & toasted sliced bread! Would’ve liked actual breakfast since i had my kids with me, that’s the main thing i was looking for in a hotel, breakfast.

The room we rented was nice. For the first 5 mins. Once we looked around notice that the A/C was leaks all over the floor. So we got moverd from our second floor king kitchenette with a balcony to a double queen ground floor. They are not equal. The pillows are terrible. The corners / baseboards were extremely dirty. A/C vents and filter were dirty. There were hairs in the bed, shower, and on the toilet that were there when arrived. I know that I can be picky as I am a housekeeping manager in Port Aransas. But this place was completely unacceptable from a clean stand point. Oh and there was a roach climbing on the wall as we were settling down for the night. DON'T TAKE THE ELEVATORS THEY ARE SCARY!! I will give housekeeping props on the fridge and microwave being clean. And the glass shower doors looked fantastic. Just remember to wipe your foot prints out housekeeping. A little tweeking on housekeeping and this could be a great place.

The room was full of roaches. The fridge was not cleaned out. There was mildew and food in fridge. This was a suite. Which should have been relaxing. It was a disgusting mess. Do not rent here to get away.

This place is old. No towels in the room, balcony door was broken, dirty, dirty, dirty, coffee machine but no cups. Couch was 100 years old and disgusting. Great place for cash strapped college kids on spring break because you cant hurt anything the place is already a mess. Stay somewhere else.

The room needs improvement
I could see they remodel the room to make it modern; which that's good,but there were flaws. The refrigerator doesn't work, so I don't know why they have it there. The shower looked nice except, I don't know why they used wood to prevent water coming out. They could of used something else. Everytime my boyfriend and I took a shower,there was a puddle of water; which it travel outside our room. It didn' t matter how long our shower was; there were still water coming out of the shower. Also,the wifi connection was horrible, we watch Netflix on my laptop or try to do some work and it would take forever to load.

The staff was really nice and polite! Room was spacious and comfortable to sleep! View is amazing! The pool is nice and clean! My experience was awesome hope to stay again in a few weeks!

Hotel was right over the lively environment
Location was awesome with all amenities near by. BF was not there was a miss. They issued me a parking pass for a day and was expecting me to keep it for entire stay. unfortunately the car wash person thought it was an old one and shredded. When i told this to the reception instead of accepting their mistak by not putting the entrire stay asking for $25 more to issue out fresh pass. Room was good comfortable. it would be nice if it would have a nice view.

The price is too high for a hotel with dangerous elevators and no water pressure for the shower. I liked there was a tv in the room.

Time to stop doing business with Hotels.com
We were given a handicapped accessible room, but the shower would leak. Had to use spare towels to dry the floor and stop water from spreading. The other room I rented in the same hotel was no better. To be fair I think I need to stop using Hotels.com and find a better site, where employees actually visit the hotel before pitching it on their App. 3rd time where I used Hotels.com and hotel room was sub-standard for the rate I am paying.

We didn’t get to stay As soon as we enter the guy at the front desk was so rude with a big ugly attitude, saying we had to pay for a second parking pass when we had rent two rooms! We didn’t got to stay we just lost our money because of course we where not going to tolerate a rude as person when we are going to have a good time and on vacation! Is not aceptable, we ask to speak with a manager, and he told us there was not a manager on duty available. Bad service I do not recommend staying in this hotel, save your money. We end up staying at the ramada, I do recommend staying there.

Having those carts made getting our stuff down very easy. Our room was not as we hoped. Ceiling leaked on other bed and paint also fell. Elevator is scary makes funny noises and shakes, thought i might get stuck. Very disappointed that no breakfast offered. The Woman who works in the morning, very friendly, and pleasant. She gave great recommendations on things to do, and was very approchable, and welcoming. Lots of potential you see attempt at improvements. and we would possibly stay again.
