Room service was excellent, great vicinity next to a lovely spa. Would recommend to friends great stay breakfast on the beach had an awesome view of the beach.
VERY close to beach so makes up for the fact that the hotel is VERY outdated with no extra's like breakfast or gym, but we were there for the beach anyway! Kind of smelly, but probably because of everything getting wet all the time from beach or pool or because it needs a remodel. Pool and spa very ...
We booked what they called the presidential suite. It was nice, but two of the sliding doors to the patio didn't lock, our phone didn't work. We talked with the front desk staff twice and no one ever showed up.Very nice location, but they need to work better customer service. I will give them 5 stars ...
Older place for the area. No resort services like spa, etc. No real restaurant on site. Decent prices appeal to young families and that's fine if you don't mind sharing the experience with all of them and their kids. We left several days early and would go elsewhere next time.
The International Condo is a mixed review. The best feature is the International sits right on the beach, so very easy access by walking out the back door. The pool was pretty and clean and it had a hot tub. The condo was very nice but it did not come with the small amenities that you may expect, ...
Very clean rooms , are all of the rooms were very well clean and do include the kitchen .
Enjoyed free breakfast, private access to beach, hot tub and pool. The rooms need some updating. Good value for the money. We had no complaints. Enjoyed the socializing with the other guests. Given that we have a budget, this hotel fit our needs.
Construction work next door was noisy. Many amenities were missing. Two days interrupted by real estate agent showing condo to prospective buyer. Very irritating!

Spent 3 days at Sapphire with another couple. Condo was very roomy and well stocked. The staff were all awesome! Amenities galore- pool, hot tub, spa, theater room, pool, shuffleboard and fooseball tables. Walkway to the beach. Had a wonderful time!
The staff in the hotel were very accommodating, especially the breakfast room. The person in charge of breakfast saw to our every need, making waffles, getting coffee refills, etc. Even though it was a "serve-yourself" we had individualized service. Would go back to this hotel again. Upon arriving ...
Beautiful room. 1107. Views were gorgeous! Bring your own keurig coffee if you're a coffee drinker! Next time we may stay at the Pearl as they looked like they had a little bit more to do for kids and the pool bar and restaurant were open! But the sapphire is the way to go if you want to cook your ...
Very thankful for friendly staff. They let us get into our room early. Chatted with them for awhile gave us some recommendations of where to go. Really nice facility.
