Good, there was no parking in front of the front desk because of new cement and no signs on how to get to it so we had to walk around looking for the office. Pool was warmer than the hot tub. But clean and nice rooms

There was vomit stains on the bathtub and the lamp shades were covered in something brown too expensive for the accommodations

This property has had little upkeep since I last stayed here 18 years ago. The pool and spa area are nearing unusable condition. The management allows guests vehicles to be towed despite having the ability to stop that. This property would greatly benefit with a change in management. Until then there are plenty of better options.

Parking lot suprise $25 parking fee and $15 resort fee. This is a small hotel not a resort. They Make up new fees just for Spring Break. Im 73 not there for spring break

Staff was great, property was mostly clean. Parking was very limited. When we checked in the smoke alarm was beeping. Front desk quickly sent someone to fix it. They changed the battery and it kept beeping. The guy took it outside and must have removed.the batteries. It quit beeping, but obviously was not working. Plug behind the head of the bed was not affixed to the wall. Bathrooms could use updating. All in all it was not a bad experience. Have stayed at much worse

The beds could be more comfortable and there wasnt a plunger in the restroom when we needed one. Recommend having comforter blankets on all beds since their was only a curtain looking blanket on beds and it was a little chilly. But overall it was a good stay. Friendly staff and it was quiet.

Amazing Staff and overall friendliness. Loved the free breakfast and just how close everything was to the Hotel. Room was very spacious, everything in the room worked well, and the beds were comfy

Forgot to put a sticker on my dash, so they towed my car away!! All they had to do was ask the front desk if they're was someone with that car staying here. NEVER AGAIN!! THEY SHOULD HAVE STRESSED THAT WE WOULD BE TOWED IF IT WASN'T ON THE DASHBOARD. We're currently homeless and came to shower here. Now we have to deal with this. 😭😩😔

The location is ideal but the actual place is run down.the room felt humid it smelled, the sheets looked dingy and there was no shower curtain but for the price I guess that’s what you get

Pool was not operating, the spa was closed ,there is no work out room and efficient room had no utensils nor pots and pans . Told them 3 times toliet was running constantly and didn’t bother to fix . Maid service was every 3 days . You get what you pay for .

Not well olin my family stay
The service upfront was remarkable but when I went into the room oh no the bedsheets has pee or coke marks in the sheets and the lights went off while I was heating popcorn 😞

If you want all the basics in a good, affordable hotel- look no further. Great location in the middle of the island- with 2 huge t-shirt and souvenir stores across the street, and fabulous dining, also a Dollar General- a short walk across the street. Right by free shuttle pick-up.
