Good location

Posted Feb 18, 2018
Pros: Location Parking Comfortable rooms
Cons: Attitude of some of the daytime reception staff
Location: Lots to do 1. Visit freemantle prison and shipwreck museum 2. Rottnest island is a must 3. Visit down town 4. Science museum is good for kids
Easy access to city and road network for day trips. Free parking was a good bonus and th apartments are spacious and comfortable. Night staff are really nice, one of the daytime staff was a grumpy but other than her attitude rest of the staff were good.

Returning to The Beautiful Peninsula Apartments

Posted Feb 2, 2018
Pros: The cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional, and it is extremely good value for money,
Cons: We would suggest that it is time the management considered painting the exterior of The Apartments as the outside is starting to look a little tired.
Location: The location is amazing, It is on the esplanade of the beautiful Swan River, and close to very good restaurants (e.g. Mr Walkers) and attractions.
We stayed at The Peninsula Apartments as a family in 2013. My husband and I have returned again in January 2018. We simply can not rate The Peninsula Apartments in Perth highly enough. The cleanliness of the rooms is outstanding; the receptionists are extremely helpful; and the room rate is by far the best value in WA, when you consider the room rate includes fresh towels every day, as well as your room being serviced daily.

Cleanest place I have ever stayed

Posted Jan 3, 2018
Pros: close to city and easy access around Perth if you have a car So very very clean
Cons: nope
Location: walking distance in to the city , takes about 30 mins but a nice walk, or you can take the ferry which is just down the road. Close to Zoo
very close to City , can walk over the bridge in to town. Rooms are super clean. Building is older style but very functional and pretty. small and nice staff. highly recommend this place.

Thank you very much for your positive feedback for The Peninsula. We have to agree the location is fabulous with the best views of Perth City. Thank you also for recognising that even though our building is getting old we do endeavour to keep the standards of cleaniliness at the highest level. We look forward to welcoming you back to The Peninsula in the future.

I apologise if you were disappointed with your view. We do try to describe the outlook as accurately as possible but, as you mention, some of the balconies do overlook the carpark towards the river. Thank you for your feedback.

Great hotel.

Great hotel with full kitchen utensils. Coles supermarket 3min drive for all your groceries, drive through bottle shop and pub 1 min drive. Ferry to the city is 250 meter walk and from there you can catch ferry to Rottnest island. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Posted Dec 16, 2017
Great location... waterfront, on premise free parking, convenient access to the highway and away from the city traffic! So-so in-room amenities and facilities..management could have made this an overall great rather than just good property with this strategic location.

Great location. Walking distance to Mends st jetty & local cafes. Only downside there was no supermarket or mini mart in close proximity.

Thank you for your feedback and the lovely photograph. We too are disappointed the supermarket is no longer in the arcade. This is only a temporary measure as they are rebuilding a new shopping precinct.
