Room is dirty, owners wife rude and unpleasant. Didn't have toilet paper. Strange to have to request a necessity like that immediately after check-in. Apparently it's some sort of running joke among the staff about the woman's attitude and treatment of guests..,...........,............ ...

well I hope you got over being Ill and enjoy your new job that you were going to start today.. I feel like since you have been here almost a week that the room is not quite that bad. Yes she was rude but it was also a missunderstanding abt printouts that I did explain to you I did apologize and attempted to make the rest of your stay as comfortable as possible.NOX

Dirty room

Dirty wash rag under the sink (probably still there), found multiple hairs in bed and bathroom. Staff was nice enough.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Buildings and interior were worn with some damage. Room was clean. Price was good. Appreciated the microwave and refrigerator. I would stay again.

Older building and not many amenities, but it was clean, felt safe and the people there did their job. If you just need a place to shower and sleep this is it.

Comfort, plus, very nice and caring staff

Pros: How cozy it was. I liked that it felt like a small studio. The location is very calm and quiet.
Location: Very peaceful. There are nearby restaurants around, Starbucks and Walgreens if needed. 15 minute drive to downtown Portland.
I arrived and right away the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I got into my room and it seriously felt like a cozy studio. There was a mini kitchen with a mini fridge, stove, and microwave. The area is very quiet and calm and people seemed very friendly. As soon as I got into my room though It smelled like the previous people had been smoking cigarettes. I went to the front desk to ask Ken if he could switch my room. Since I had to leave before they had another room open, he let me know they would have it ready by the time I got back and offered to move my things over if I would like to. When I got back my things were neatly put into the other room and the room had no scent of cigarette. Ken made sure I was pleased with the room as well and when he would see me walk out he would ask me if I wanted my room cleaned. I had a great experience and am now planning on returning in October again for a few days.

The Beds were so uncomfortable and well used. The shampoo/conditioner wasnt good either.
