I had a terrible experience with Expedia as i was trying to change a Dec. 5 reservation to a Dec 4th. After u called Expedia they assured me everything was " changed" but when i arrived at the hotel- IT WAS NOT. The hotel staff couldn't have been better, or had more patience, not with me, but with the 2nd Expedia REP. I would stay here again, and be be willing to pay more then Expedia offers because it's worth saving myself a headache from bad customer service, long waited on the phone, non trained representatives and just overall ridulous hoops a customer has to jump through just to " change" a date.
