Hotel staff were nice and friendly. The elevator was slow and did not work well, rooms were dated but beds were comfortable. Could use rugs in the rooms since they removed the carpet.

This place was bad for so many reasons. 1. We found an uncapped NEEDLE on the floor of our room! Not where I expected to see that in Portland, but there you go. 2. Our fridge didn’t work. They fixed it when asked on day #2 3. Our hairdryer didn’t work. They got it to work only on low/cool, so basically they didn’t fix it. 4. The room smelled smoky/dusty. On the upside, the cleaner was sweet and the beds were comfortable. Location is a bit out, but fine. The manager 'addressed' these matters by comping our parking & the room for one night...should have been the whole thing for all of these issues, but especially one so dangerous with the needle.
