Shower had NO warm water. Only HOT or COLD

Pros: New building with clean grounds and parking lot, business center with new computers.
Cons: FIX the shower and Air-conditioner
Location: Safe neighbored with easy access to freeway
Air-conditioner had failing compressor that mad a LOUD noise every time it turned on. 2am, 4am, and 7am. Try sleeping with that!

Cleaning

Pros: Nice professional front desk staff
Cons: clean rooms
Location: good location close to virgina city.
When we left our room for the day and returned to our room at night, the room was not cleaned. The bed was not made and the towells were not replaced with clean towells and the garbage was not thrown out. No maid service ? We were to tired to complain that night and left early the next day.

The staff was great, room keys all stopped working

The hot tub was out of service, the pool was cold, just not as nice as we were expecting.

Nice hotel but

Checked in room not ready asked to come back later rented a suite but got the handy capped room overbooked clerks couldn't do anything for me or wouldn't wouldn't give me a discount and the toilet was plugged and the air conditioner was very noisy would not stay there again

My stay here is not very good. There is something about the bed and pillows it so uncomfortable. The breakfast is very pricey and the pool is really small.

Nice hotel about 15 minutes from downtown

Nice hotel, but the bar and restaurant seemed pricey. Breakfast was not complimentary.

Comfy alternative to the casinos!

We were attending the Rockabilly Riot in Carson City and decided to forgo our normal stay on one of the casinos. Was a great choice with several dining options in walking distance. Super polite staff. Clean room. Great in room jetted tub in our suite. Will stay again!

Everything fine, as expected!

My Norton antivirus warned me when I connected to your network for Internet, that it was an unsecured connection. I don't know if that reflects a lesser security for your network, or that Norton is simply more proactive (and part of their marketing) these days with their messages. I especially like the office chair that was at the desk. The desk as it was allowed me to quickly setup and get some work done. Very nice.
