Nice Hotel

Hotel was clean and modern current. Staff were friendly and helpful. A true non-smoking hotel, there was no trace of cigarette smoke in the halls or room. Bed was a little soft for our liking and blankets were thin. Room was a bit noisy although we couldn't figure out what the noise was. We would likely go back however ask for a different room.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room is spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. It can be a little noisy due to being next to the freeway and close to the airport, but otherwise it is quiet.

Quiet area, very peaceful.

Pros: It is located in a peaceful area of Reno.
Cons: None that come to mind.
Location: It is an easy commute to any direction in Reno or Sparks you need to go.
We had to make a last minute reservation. It was late at night but the clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was large enough and comfortable.

The elevator was broken and I tried to get a room that didn't require use of stairs but they wouldn't change the room. We were traveling with a toddler with lots of equipment and I have bad knees. I also called Hotels.com and your rep said they can't do anything about it. I am caught between the hotel saying I had to go through you and your office saying I have to go through the hotel. It suggest that I shouldn't use Hotel.com or Residence Inn again. We also tried to get a better mattress for the pull out couch and they just ignored our request. I am responding but I do not want my name or information posted on the internet.
