We reserved one room with a king bed and a second room with 2 queen beds. We had a king bed for the first night, but the shower was broken and we were moved to another room except it had a queen bed. We were informed that there were no rooms left with 2 queen beds. Didn’t get what we paid for! Our children were cramped in a room & were given a roll away bed when we paid for 2 queen beds!

You sent the WRONG info to the Hampton Staff. Only one night was reserved..and the room was for a single bed. We had 4 people and required two beds. Reserved for Jeffrey Gagliano, 4 adults Special requests* 2 Queen Beds NONSMOKING_ROOM The were incapable of resolving the issue. As a result we had to book at the Holiday Inn across the street. Furthermore, Hampton was not able to refund payment. I expect Expedia will do so promptly.

Its priced decently just a few mis outside city. Parking is good an safe. Its a poor mans Hilton.

I really liked the parking I didn't like the hotel add for smoking rooms and there is no longer smoking in hotel only outside add needs to be removed other than that my stay was excellent
