CONVENIENT HOTEL

Pros: Location and personnel were both a plus for us. We also liked the breakfast and the bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Could be a little cleaner; however, it was better than most places.
Location: The location is great and we were not interested in activities such as shopping, sightseeing, etc.
We had a good experience and would stay there again if we are ever back in the area.

The water burnt my head on cold and the manager is not very good at returning emails

Loved the staff! Room was clean as far as no trash, clean towels, and clean restroom, but the room had a very strong humid smell as soon as I walked in. Beds were uncomfortable and with bad sheets but I guess it's ok for the price compared to better hotels around.

Could use some new personnel

Pros: It has a good tv network.
Cons: Customer service High chairs for babies on eating area snack bar
Location: Tons to shop near by
I stayed there for a weekend and the front desk lady got upset when i got there because she was on her cellphone and had to get up to assist me. She didnt even greet me she just said, "last name" like it was such a burden for her to deal with me. The she just asked for my id and card, then gave me the room key and sat down, i asked what room number was i and she said, its there inside your card and continue in her phone. What a horrible customer service

Stay away

Room and hotel had a smell to it. Staff left trash all in room and didn't clean. Left it a mess

There was hair covering the bathtub and around the toliet. Didnt even look like they cleaned in. Bed was too firm and the walks super thin. There were kids running and yelling down hallway past 1am.

Bed was lumpy. Pillows too thick and hard. Breakfast was good but guy cleaning constantly was annoying. He was sweeping even under my chair while I was eating. Banging on dishes whole time. I was trying to watch the news but he was annoying. Ladies when I checked in not very friendly. When I checked out the lady was nice. Overall I would not stay there again. Oh and no elevator to second floor. Had to carry everything up stairs. Ridiculous!

Entrance was not obvious, therefore I missed it & had to do a do-over. Bed was awesome! Room was abit small but adequate for just a one night stay. Bfast in morning was so-so. Staff was friendly, helpful & prompt when we needed anything. Fitness room was very small. I would recommend this hotel for a short visit.

Terrible hotel with stinky carpets , over priced .

Staff was friendly but rooms were horrible .Booked the room online . It said it was good for a family (5 people) but it had just two standard beds . We had to them take another room and spend more . Very dirty rooms , spiders and stinky carpets . Our bathroom didn't work . A plumber had to come and fix it . We changed two rooms because the carpet was WET!!! Plz don't stay in the one . Terrible !!!!!!
