location great. clea. terrible bed though.

location is good. my bed was TERRIBLE. rooms are super dry, heaters destroy your nose. bring a humidifier and bring your own bed. hot water super hot.

Needs some love

Stayed at this hotel about 10 years ago. Just stayed again and it is in need of some renovations. Window was drafty, heater only worked on 68°. Not horrible, just run down.

We were there for a particular purpose and found the property a comfortable respite for our down time.

Rude Staff and Noise Problems

The staff was unfortunately rude. I stayed at this hotel with my mother, who has mobility issues and consequently prefers to stay in rooms on the ground level. At check in, the staff could not accommodate our request and instead put us on the second floor, since they claimed that rooms on the first floor had not yet been cleaned. When we noticed that at least half of the first floor rooms appeared to be ready, we returned to reception to politely plead with them one more time. One staff member straight-up ignored us at the desk and left so as not to deal with us. His colleague was equally exasperated with us, and she refused to grant our simple request. Furthermore, the walls were incredibly thin, and we had a sleepless night, since we could hear noise from the hallway and surrounding rooms, both on our floor and the one above us. Not recommended.
