Daily parking fees.

$23 a day for parking is a little steep for patrons and We were there for 10 days which added $230 on to the hotel budget. Also could have used a small microwave in the room. Staff was very courteous and hotel was very well kept. Lobby was beautifully decorated for the holiday season.

Perfect Hotel for Sport Trip in Pittsburgh

Pros: The staff were fantastic
Cons: Lower the prices a little bit
Location: Great variety of bars and restaurants nearby, but it's also easy to get anywhere in Pittsburgh via Uber/Shuttle
The Staff were excellent, the concierge and shuttle-bus drivers were beyond spectacular, and the amenities were great for a group of guys heading into town to watch a Steelers game.

Nice Hotel in Station Square

Nice hotel where you may get food with convenience to the city and north shore by rail and ferry. Have stayed there before and will stay there again.

Steeler fans

Perfect location for going to game. We have stayed here numerous times over the past 12 years to attend the game. There is a ferry to carry you down the river to Heinz Field just next door. Beautiful view of the city with restaurants and shopping all located within a couple blocks.

Bring ear plugs!

Pros: Location--breathtaking view of the city, close to favorite restaurant (Melting Pot),
Cons: Staff could benefit from public relations training.
Location: Great location, easy access.
Great view, comfy beds but no towel racks (?!) and painfully noisy heating system. Club "hostess" was at worst rude, at best simply ignored women guests. But fell all over the men. Good grief.

Love looking at Heinz Field

In for business, pleasure, lotta pleasure. Spent one night in town, had a very efficient date. Used the gym, and the in/out parking. All went well.

Great location

Everything was fine until housekeeping knocked on the door at 8am. Up until at least 2am because the Steelers Game went into overtime. Seemed like housekeeping’s system was to just knock on all the doors to see which rooms were empty. NOT a good system.
