Pros: The staff was very pleasant
Cons: At 2pm while my 3yr was napping a fire alarm went off twice at an ear piercing sound. no warning, no call, Just a "oh, that was a test" afterwards.
Location: It was close to my children.
Staff very nice and accommodating. When we requested room change they were very gracious. The original Room we were given was a suite and the furniture was very run down, the arms of the chairs and couch were so dirty and greasy that it gave me the willies. We were given a choice of three different suites and they all had furniture in them that I would have donated to Goodwill. This was the only hotel we could find in the Tilley Park area that had a pool, so we were determined to make it work even though the pool was very cloudy. To be honest we kept looking for a different place, but nothing else was available.On 3 separate occasion I overheard guests complaining about a variety of problems they were having to the desk clerk, not their problem, owners and mgt are at fault. Attracts low life's. We spent over $1000 to have rooms where there was crowds of people yell curses till all hours of the night and also in the am. Is this a welfare hotel ? Would never recommend !!!

Pros: Staff and cleanliness
Cons: found a few hairs prior to using the restroom on the wall in the restroom.
Location: The location was not close to where we were going but it was a very nice neighborhood.
We worked with a few different staff and they were all amazing!!!!

Pros: Friendly staff and delicious breakfast!
Cons: Softer beds.
Location: Located near Orland Park and the Amphitheatre. A lot of shopping near by and close to the highway.
We booked the 2 queen suite for our recent stay. Our stay was very pleasant and the location was convenient to everything that we were doing during our time there. The beds could've been more comfortable but the suite was spacious (after rearranging some) for our 12yr, 3.5yr and 9mo to roam around in. Pool was nice but a little cold and the hot tub was out of order. Breakfast was delicious and the ladies were very accommodating and friendly. Overall, our stay was very good and we will probably stay there again.

Pros: Having a suite was nice - more room to stretch out.
Cons: Tell the guests that this is a place where people sleep, not a club for drunken idiots. The pillows should be firmer.
Location: The location has nothing significant, but there are many restaurants and stores within a short driving distance.
The AC and fridge are somewhat loud, and several nights of loud guests inside and outside made it hard to sleep at night. The pillows were not comfortable.

The hotel was comfortable and the staff was very pleasant. The room was in good order and the maid service was good. The breakfast had a good selection of items and the staff was very friendly and pleasing. Overall we had a good stay

Wouldn't stay here or recommend to others

The best thing was the fact that it was quiet. I don't know if this is because there wasn't a ton of people staying there or not. It also has a bedroom separate from living area which comes in very handy when traveling with family. It was extremely dirty. We didn't want to sit on furniture or take our shoes off. Bathroom had a bunch of leftover hair as well as hair in dresser drawers. This place is in desperate need of a remodel. The staff was nice thankfully.
