Short Getaway

Experience was great. Just need to keep more towels poolside and an upgrade to the pool area. Not enough chairs poolside

Nice hotel close to interstate

Pros: Area, breakfast, wifi,
Cons: AC
Location: Many restaurants and shops very close!
Liked the hotel a lot and breakfast was good. However it was too warm - the hallways were too warm, the breakfast room and the room itself - couldn't get the AC to cool the room as much as was needed...it kept reverting back to a programmed temp which was far too warm to sleep.

Zero Security, three times we went to the floor level side door which was wide open for anybody to come in at any time. King suite had apparently not been cleaned crackers and random food still on the floor mold in the mini fridge and the icemaker in the hallway and a large bug on the curtain as well as hair on the bed management said they had no other rooms and no housekeeping on staff, GM offered a voucher, still trying to resolve this to get our money back.

Very nice hotel and close to the expressway.

Pros: Everything.
Cons: Any improvement would be a bonus.
Location: Great restaurants within walking distance.
Enjoyed my experience. Was able to get a late check out at no additional charge. Thank you.

Sufficient but nothing to impress. Your staff did their best to accommodate with limited resources. Hotel is in need of remodel.

Double Charged!!

Got double charged and getting the run around for a refund! It's too bad because I had a really nice stay. Staff was great, room was clean, and breakfast was tasty! I booked via Hotels.com and prepaid, but then was charged again by the hotel once I checked out. I called (was very understanding) and was told they needed to check with Hotels.com for payment verification and then would refund me. I waited 3 weeks and I just called back to only get the same explanation - NOT OK! I get that mistakes happen - I worked in customer service a long time - but clearly no one lifted a finger in 3 weeks to get ANY verification from by booking and I'm really doubting anyone will. Too bad because I would have stayed here again but I think I'd rather pay more to stay at the Hampton Inn - it's still less than being double charged!

Terrible. Room was ok but could have been cleaner. Food service was a joke. They were out of fruit, yogurt, milk, and decaf coffee. According to staff, it happens every Thursday. If it happens on a regular basis, fix it! Would not recommend.

Expedia had messed up my reservation

Expedia had messed up my reservation. They charge my card for the reservation but the virtual card be used to pay the hotel was declined. Therefore my reservation was canceled and Expedia did not notify me of this. Me and three girlfriends were in town for a concert and most hotels were already booked. Front desk representative Cary Fisher spent a lot of time calling different hotels to try to find us a room. And the manager Jacqueline Boyd was assisting as well. I waited on hold for several minutes for Expedia and wasn't able to speak to anyone. We got very lucky in a room cancellation came in while we were there and so the hotel was kind enough to issue that room to us. I am extremely disappointed and Expedia but the staff at this hotel saved the day when really they didn't have to help us at all. I will be spreading the word about country Inn and suites and Expedia as well
