Zero Security, three times we went to the floor level side door which was wide open for anybody to come in at any time. King suite had apparently not been cleaned crackers and random food still on the floor mold in the mini fridge and the icemaker in the hallway and a large bug on the curtain as well as hair on the bed management said they had no other rooms and no housekeeping on staff, GM offered a voucher, still trying to resolve this to get our money back.

Very nice hotel and close to the expressway.

Pros: Everything.
Cons: Any improvement would be a bonus.
Location: Great restaurants within walking distance.
Enjoyed my experience. Was able to get a late check out at no additional charge. Thank you.

Sufficient but nothing to impress. Your staff did their best to accommodate with limited resources. Hotel is in need of remodel.

Terrible. Room was ok but could have been cleaner. Food service was a joke. They were out of fruit, yogurt, milk, and decaf coffee. According to staff, it happens every Thursday. If it happens on a regular basis, fix it! Would not recommend.

Expedia had messed up my reservation

Expedia had messed up my reservation. They charge my card for the reservation but the virtual card be used to pay the hotel was declined. Therefore my reservation was canceled and Expedia did not notify me of this. Me and three girlfriends were in town for a concert and most hotels were already booked. Front desk representative Cary Fisher spent a lot of time calling different hotels to try to find us a room. And the manager Jacqueline Boyd was assisting as well. I waited on hold for several minutes for Expedia and wasn't able to speak to anyone. We got very lucky in a room cancellation came in while we were there and so the hotel was kind enough to issue that room to us. I am extremely disappointed and Expedia but the staff at this hotel saved the day when really they didn't have to help us at all. I will be spreading the word about country Inn and suites and Expedia as well

Overall experience was good, however, the complimentery breakfast was a joke. My husband and I tried to get our food, yet it was so picked over and staff was quite unfriendly that we ended up leaving and going up the road to McDonald's.

This staff could teach friendliness lessons

Pros: The staff! I can't say enough about how friendly they were!!
Cons: Maybe a hot tub or spa in the open (seemingly wasted) space in the pool room.
Location: Shopping & plenty of food choices within just a few minutes drive. Half an hour drive to Hyde Park area of Chicago.
Staff was so very welcoming! Each person we saw had a smile & a nice word or two. Front desk, maintenance, housekeeping & even breakfast "minder" Hotel was easy to find. Near several places to eat/shop. A good outside of Chicago hotel to stay in for day trips driving into the city.

Never again!!!

Hotel was outdated and in a weird location. Kids running down the halls in the middle of the night. Thin walls!!! Staff called in sick so breakfast was not available. We would not stay here again.

This hotel was clearly not ready for the hoards that they had stay in there building, the trash was over flowing, the breakfast food was gone except the dry cereal. The pool looked dirty, which maybe been because of the "guests" using it. We got in late do to traffic, the front desk gal was very pleasant but clearly needing help as in coming guests having to wait in line to be processed in. Because of the low cost of this chain I have had (2) separate event the same type of experiences in different states. Word to the wise you get what you pay for.
