Room comfort not the greatest bed and pillows, bathroom needed to be more tidy.

Not Clean

Cons: Cleaning
First room was not cleaned at all bed was not made,etc. 2nd room windows were open and very musty. Shower had hair in the bottom of it and soap wrapping paper in drain.

Linen was EXTREMELY dirty and the rooms have roach

My linen had blood stains on them. When I asked the hotel staff to provide me with new linen they did not. Move me to another room which had bugs. The hotel attendant called and apologized and told me she would refund me my money for the inconvenience however I did not receive a refund at all

Staff said they changed the battery in our smoke detector but they never did. And the breakfast is a joke. Coffee and a muffin.

I was told they didn't have any rooms when I got

I was told they didn't have any rooms when I got there and because I booked through a 3rd party they can not issue a refund I need to request it through Expedia

Filthy, Run Down Hotel

I arrived after hours and was told it would take 20 minutes for someone to check me in and to have a seat in the lobby. It was well over 30 minutes and anyone could have walked into that lobby. I almost took off to find another hotel in the area, but I was too tired to drive. They had think plexiglass up and did not take it down until later in the morning. I didn't feel safe at all. The hotel is filthy, run down and smelled. My room was dirty and there were stains and cigarette holes in the bedding. I slept in the lazy boy chair all night for fear of the unknown on those sheets. Needless to say, I would not recommend it.

The worst!!!

The worst, could not even use the room, wasted my money . Booked the room and forgot my id but had a picture of everything and the lady behind the barakade was not accommodating at all. Because I had already paid the $, I could not get a refund and had to have my boyfriend get a new reservation. Who has a metal bar between u and the customer
