I'm not sure who to blamePosted Sep 20, 2017
When I arrived to check in, I was given a King Bed when I had reserved the King Bed w/ Jacuzzi. I wen t back to the front desk to inform the staff that my confirmation page verifies the room that I reserved. The staff member presented the paperwork from a cancelled room with Hotel.Com and had to go dig up my Expedia reservation to include the Jacuzzi. She then stated that their hotel only had two rooms with Jacuzzis and they were already booked. I was upset because this was a Couples' Trip, so I reserved the room for that purpose. What made me even more upset was that I had not been notified via phone or email about my room reservation not being available, prior to checking in. The front desk worker stated that I would have to call Expedia to notify them of their error and to cancel my room. Although I had driven 7 hours, luckily I was able to just stay with my companion's family since the main reason for the room was more privacy but most importantly the Jacuzzi! I was able to give the other categories a fair rating, seeing as I decided not to stay. P.S. The air was out in the lobby, so we were sweating badly, while we waited to check in and imagine my eyes when I walked back to the lobby and noticed condom packs in the snack machine.

Lacking customer service and maintenance.Posted Jul 26, 2017
Pros: The location.
Cons: Customer service!
Location: A family friend lives close to this location.
I have posted this review previously. When we arrived the room was warm and I went to the front desk to ask if the air condition was working. The clerk asked if we could give it a chance to cool the room down. We did wait and it eventually cooled off. On Saturday night when we were getting ready to go out, we called for maintenance to fix the toilet seat, because it was very loose. I was told this was the maintenance guy's first night and he did not bring any tools. She said the only thing she could do was move us to another room, which we did not have time to do. My husband got on his knees on a towel and fixed it with a plastic fork and a wrench. At check out we did ask for an adjustment on our bill which they refused to give us. The curtains were very thin and did not look clean, so we tried not to touch them. The room was clean, and the bed looked clean. The water in the shower got hot very quickly which was a plus. The sink had a generous counter for toiletries.

Front desk lady looked like she was tired of her job and didn't make you go welcomed, elevators are suuuuper slow, I had to use the stairs many times because it was quicker than using the elevator which would take forever.

Too pricey for neighborhood and lack of amenities.Posted Jun 4, 2017 on Orbitz
No microwave or fridge in rooms. Also very expensive to not have decent breakfast. Stale muffins and old coffee is not breakfast. The staff seems to neglect loud and unruly guests that are potentially disturbing other guests.
