Infested with cockroaches

Our room was infested with cockroaches. We were told we would not get a refund from Expedia or the Hotel. Please avoid this hotel.

thank you for taking the time to review our Hotel i can reassure you that your experienced at our Hotel its most unusual I assure you that the hotel has a pest management company that treats the property and its rooms on a regular basis. at the time you were offer another room and chose to leave our Hotel my staff and i strive to make it right for all our Guest.Please accept my sincere apologies for your experience safe travels

Bad Stay

We were without power for 24 hours at the hotel. There were also roaches in the room and you can tell that housekeeping definitely smokes cigarettes in some of the room when they are cleaning as you smell it when you walk by and they are in there.

In regards to your comments about the accommodations, we can guarantee that the housekeepers are not smoking in the rooms. If that were the case, there would be immediate disciplinary action from our management team. Our hotel offers smoking rooms, so more than likely this is perhaps what you walked by. We regret that we failed to meet expectations but appreciate your valuable feedback.

We checked in and was about to settle down things, the power went off. Some people were locked inside or outside, messy. Most people move out because we were told it will not be fixed that night. We moved to another hotel, they promised to refund!

We apologize that your visit coincided with an unfortunate accident that caused a power outage at our hotel. As you may know, a car hit an electrical pole just outside our property which resulted in the outage. We immediately notified the electric company, but unfortunately at that point, we were completely relying on the electric company to repair the issue. We were also unhappy with how long it took to get the power back as our guests' satisfaction and happiness is e our #1 priority. We hope that this incident does not keep you from staying with us again in the future and would greatly appreciate another opportunity to earn your business.

Hate BW small pillows!

Small pillows on bed are horrible. Will not use Best Western again because of it! Tossed and turned all night. Felt like a pile of throw pillows on the bed.

Memorial day weekend

Very close to stores and the airport. Only down fault. There is not much parking. Staff was great.. Very pleasant
