Pet friendly!

Pros: Pet friendly, great staff.
Cons: One small trash can in the bathroom isn't enough.
Staff were great, the room was large and the mattress was comfortable.

Great stay. Helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable king sized bed. Nutritious and tasty breakfast. Would reccomend if traveling in Houston. Close proximity to Walgreens.

Shuttle service stinks

We were taken by hotel shuttle earlier in the evening to the casino one mile away. We were told they would come right back to pick us up whenever we were ready to leave. We called them at 11:45 p.m. & said we were ready to be picked up & was assured they were on their way. Four phone calls & and an hour & a half later, the shuttle FINALLY showed up, with another VERY irritated hotel couple onboard who had been waiting well over an hour to be picked up from their destination. But our phone calls to the hotel during this time were answered by Lora (front desk clerk) each time more irritable, less friendly, & the last one we had with her, she hung up on us. We will not be using the shuttle again.

Nothing to write home about

The room was pretty dirty. The clerk Saturday night was awesome but the clerk Sunday morning no so much. We called down to check out and it rang 5 minutes. We go to check out and she just says "k what room" didn't ask us how the stay was or anything. Room key wouldn't work took about 15 minutes to run it up @ 12 am. The remodel is nice in lobby. Clean lines. Great location for the concert we attended and surrounding area.

Away from the city

Pros: Quiet, clean, safe
Cons: A microwave in the room.
Location: Outside the business of downtown, but close enough to get there quickly. Walmart directly behind the hotel if gasoline or supplies are needed.
Plenty of parking close to from door. Big hotel amenities. Quiet lobby, hallways and rooms.
