Would Return Again

Room was not ready by 3p and it never got cold enough. But having said that there were several huge events going on. It was a nice place and great bar.

Pros: It was fine, see above
Hotel worked with me on providing shuttle .................I had change in flight times 3 times I called every time and they were very understanding and polite. Our shuttle to out flight was just as good. Richard, waiter in restaurant went over and beyond in his service. Housecleaning was very polite and helpful. Staff at desk was great and polite. Answered all my questions and were accommodating when I had special request.

Train employees better

Overall our stay was good. There were a couple things that need attention in the future. We booked a room with 4 people total in our room. We only had 2 full size bar towels. I requested 2 more, but never received them. The second issue was with the breakfast. I. Poked two rooms for free breakfast. Each room only got one voucher for free buffets for 2 adults. I asked if the kids needed vouchers and was told no. When we got to breakfast I was told that we DID need the vouchers for the children since they were over 3. **we put correct ages when we booked the room** When I went to get the voucher for the kids I was only given one for one child. I asked for the second and was told that was all I could get. I paid for the free breakfast when we booked the room and we paid additional when we ate.

Hotel was clean and nice. We came to Tulsa to have a great time and did while we were out on the town. However, while out we had money taken from two of our wallets that were left in the hotel room. We stayed at this hotel because we had stayed before and had a great experience but this time i left with disappointment. I hope the hotel can somehow work with us to help solve the problem.

A weekend Away

Pros: We loved the new mattresses that were on the beds
Cons: The man who checked us in asked just a few too many questions about what we were doing. Just crossed the line a bit to make us a little uncomfortable.
Location: It's on a very busy street with lots of shopping and eating within walking distance.
We only live about 45mins away from this hotel but come a couple of times a year just to get away. We have 5 little ones and sometimes just need a night away. This time we splurged and got a suite. We really enjoyed the space and comfort of the room we had.

Average to good hotel

Cons: AC. Internet
Location: Target
Our room was too warm even after having maintenance come up. Also resented being charged for internet as a guest.
