The character of the building, coupled with the décor makes this hotel one not to miss. The view out of our window was breath taking even in mid winter, For me as a nature photographer the opportunities to photograph wildlife were amazing. The river at the bottom of the field has mud flats were you can see waders and for me a rare sight of American Widgeon visiting wales instead of Europe, due to the cold weather. Every morning we could see Red Kites right outside our window and the woods have ruins of a church and the original 14th century manor house and abundant with woodland birds. The breakfast every morning was outstanding and the owners are really welcoming and helpful, allowing takeaways to be eaten in their dining room if you wanted to. My wife and I will definitely be going back again soon, as we would like to see more of Pembrokeshire, while relaxing in a beautiful hotel. All of this and very reasonably priced rooms for a 4 star hotel.
