This is a great location if you’re looking to visit Haverfordwest or Milford Haven it’s about 10 minutes to each place. The Silverdale lodge is what I’d describe as cheap & cheerful great for having a roof over your head, but if you’re looking for luxury this will not be for you because this is lodge & not a Hotel.
Clean and tidy accommodation . Quiet location , good parking . Staff friendly and helpful .
Only downside was no Traditional english breakfast on offer .
Excellent value, clean, tidy room with TV, iron, tea/coffee making. Centrally located in Pembrokeshire, close to Haverfordwest and Pembroke Dock. Nice Indian restaurant next door, with discount for hotel guests.
To be honest, the staff were welcoming, helpful and obliging. The cleanliness of the rooms was good. The decor is dated " antique like" it wasn't up to date but comfortable and was warm and dry inside and tea and coffee making facilities were good. If we had been staying longer a little fridge would have been good.
We needed a stay in Pembroke suddenly due to the ferry being cancelled. The silverdale was perfect on location. The lodge was nice and big and even if we had two single beds instead of a double we made it work. Breakfast was fenominal and perfection.
Ok for couple of nights, needs better clean/updatin
An ok motel with good location to explore
Didn't eat in restaurant so carnt comment on that
Room was ok, not the most clean room I've been in carpet certainly needs renewing and a good hoover under beds wouldn't go a miss!
Type place that needs updating
The room was lovely. Could have done with a quick Hoover around the edges though. The beds and bathroom were clean though so that's what matters.
Breakfast was nice but small.
Thank you for booking with us but;
There are 100 irons at reception as mentioned on arrival.
We stipulate there are no fans online.
The walls were NOT cracked.
Any genuine problems during your stay should be mentioned during your stay, i always try to resolve genuine complaints to the best of my ability.
Generally good but on arrival there was no heating hot water and the shower did not work- hot water and heating fixed quickly but shower did not get fixed
very, very tired , needs a good make over cobwebs removed not very comfortable mattress lumpy dirty cups. motel is used by workmen . staff are very helpful. that is the best comet i can use for this place not worth the cost of the room

Thank you for booking and I do apologise that your stay was not as you expected but If you would of mentioned any of these problems during your stay they would of been rectified immediately or an alternate room given. Basically we would of come to a resolution as soon as possible but there is nothing we can do when you do not tell us at the time. These problems that you experienced are not the normal.
Our rooms are incredibly reasonable for the area and even though we are a 2* accommodation; you will be hard pressed to find a room of similar standard for a better price.
Cheap and cheerful, motel almost certainly, individual little chalets, butlins of old.....nothing in town worth mentioning......breakfast ok, coffee excellent, tried a few times. Cheap base for exploring although other towns around more interesting....if more expensive..
The stay was OK but room and facilities need to be updated. There was old soap left in shower and lipstick marks on the drinking glass. Otherwise room comfortable.
This hotel is basically a worn out motel. It was clean and safe and if all you expect is a place to sleep that is not under a bridge this would be a good choice but keep your expectations low. Heating was spotty, shower was de minimus and linens were threadbare. Also, the reception is not manned until late in the afternoon.

Can't tell a book by its cover.
Nice well kept basic rooms. The food in there resturant was very good. One thing I would suggest is that they put hair dryers in the rooms.

Emphasis on convenience
If you want somewhere as a base to take off during the day to beautiful surrounding areas then this is a moderately inexpensive option. Nothing frilly but good sized room, ensuite and parking. I'd give the greasy breakfast a miss though!

Its convenient..
Other than bathroom condition and little unclean toilets it was excellent..
Superb value for money.
Rang the day before to say I wouldn't be there until 10pm, message didn't get through as they rang the evening of check in to see if I was still arriving. Very tired decor. I was given a twin room. One bed was soggy in the middle and the other was rock hard. Poor quality bedding. Lumpy pillows. Sheets and towels were clean but the room and bathroom were dirty arou,no the dyes. Clearly hadn't been cleaned properly for a long time. Would not stay again.
Handy place to stop. More of a motel but attached to nice pub where I had a good meal on a Sunday evening. Wifi did npot work in room so had to sit in bar which was convenient.
