Won't be staying againPosted Nov 21, 2015
The hotel staff finish at 9pm, I had to park in the road as the very small car park was full, the room smelt and was dirty, there was a hole in the carpet, the window frame was rotten and the curtains didn't shut properly, the furniture was stained, the bed spread was dirty, bathroom tiles were cracked, the toilet wobbled and flushed so loud it woke people in two other rooms I heard complain about it, there was curly black hair in the sink and bath. More photos but can only upload 6

Good Hotel close to city centre and beachPosted Nov 1, 2015
Very friendly staff, breakfasts were lovely, room was small and could do with a bit of TLC but was kept clean and bed was comfortable so suited us fine. Good value for money hotel in a good location.

Somewhere to lay your headPosted Oct 30, 2015
The Windsor lodge could do with a good refurbishment but if like myself you just wanted somewhere to lay your head it's fine, staff were very helpful and friendly, it was close to everything I needed and I would stay here again

Good location but poor condition of buildingPosted Oct 29, 2015
Staff were attentive at breakfast but it's a shame the rest of the hotel wasn't up to the same standard. Seeing holes in walls and having inadequate lighting in the room didn't help for a feeling of comfort. Not nearly enough plugs in the room either.

Ligg unna rom 6!Posted Aug 11, 2015 on Hotels

DisappointingPosted Jul 22, 2015 on Hotels
This hotel was very disappointing. First it was hard to find when travelling South as the the hotel name is on the Northern wall and hidden from view. The room was very small & the floor was uneven. The carpet was badly worn & there was no shower, just a bath. Only one person could be in the bathroom at one time. Free WIFi was available but with a very weak signal to our room, which was located on the third floor.
