clean, polite staff, safe, close to the centrePosted Nov 17, 2015
Pros: I will definitely stay there when I will visit Swansea next time
I stayed one night in this hotel while visiting my child who studies at the Swansea university. I could not have asked for anything better. Very polite staff, clean room with all the facilities (toiletries, tea/coffee facilities, biscuits, chocolate mint on arrival). The hotel is quiet although not far away from the centre. I felt safe and had a good night sleep. The breakfast is excellent. I had the vegetarian full English breakfast with vegetarian sausages, mushrooms etc that they were fresh and lightly cooked .

Very pleasant stayPosted Nov 1, 2015
Staff were friendly. The decor and rooms were pleasant. The bed with egyptian cotton sheets were super comfy. The towels were lovely and fluffy. Was really impressed by the cleanliness and all the little extras! Would stay again and would recommend to others.

Good Hotel in South WalesPosted Oct 26, 2015
Pros: Everything, particularly the free internet (unlike some other hotels).
Cons: Possibly parking, parking is street parking and sometimes finding a spot was a slow process.
Location: This part of the country is obviously a heavy industrial region but there is a beach in Swansea and it does provide an opening to the Brecon Beacons.
A very pleasant stay, the hotel was clean and tidy and the proprietor was very pleasant and easy to talk to.

Lovely stay!Posted Aug 25, 2015 on Hotels
Extremely friendly & helpful staff. The hotel was cosy & traditionally furnished with a modern dining room. Loved the staircase as did my toddler. We stayed in a single room which was compact but had enough room for our travel cot. The bathroom was very small but we managed. Excellent breakfast! I loved the buffet continental style followed by tasty & generous fully cooked breakfast. It was delicious! Thank you very much.

Good service, but old hotelPosted Aug 22, 2015 on Hotels
Staffs were very kind, and breakfast was good. However, the hotel was bit old and I could hear neighbors' sound when they walking or cough.

Well Managed and Friendly HotelPosted Jul 14, 2015 on Hotels
Stayed here for 4 night during the Ashes in Cardiff, The hotel is very well managed with friendly and efficient staff. My room was a small en suit single with a very comfortable memory foam mattress. It was as stated a small single but perfectly adequate. The bathroom was the only disappointment as there was just a little too much wear and tear to the fittings. The food at breakfast was very good. Finally please note that parking can be a problem here as it is in a busy residential area with limited free parking places.

Ett stop på resa genom Wales. Helt ok men saknade det lilla extra.

Compact but comfortablePosted Jul 8, 2015 on Hotels
Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Admittedly the room was the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in but everything I needed was in there and the bed was very comfortable- all my needs were met! Would definitely stay again.

Ideal base for a short stayPosted Jul 6, 2015 on Hotels
One night visit for a concert at Singleton Park. Smallest room ever but had everything I needed. Staff friendly. Top of stairs location meant that I heard most guests returning to their rooms and getting up in the morning. Not too far a walk into town. Some confusion around payment. Hotels.com stated that hotel would debit my card within 72 hours of booking (18th March) but they didn't. So I left my key and went home, to get a phone call asking for card details. Complaint ongoing with hotels.com
