This is week 2 that I stayed, I left last Tuesday morning at checkout and the guy claim they sent my deposit back to my debit card and my card wouldn't let them so they sent it to Expedia. I paid for the room through Expedia not my deposit, and now it's been a week, and they charged me another deposit when I came back Tuesday night. i need that money for food for me and my cat that is pregnant but they seem to not care if we starve as long as they get their money. This has been horrible and I will never stay at motel 6 again, and I will be telling everyone that I come into contact with about my experience at motel 6.

Stayed 3 nights. Motel was newly renovated and room was clean. Check in was simple and they accommodated my special needs. Shower was hard to get to fully pull and drain was a tad slow, but water pressure was amazing. Towels are small. There was some questionable people that would pull in and out of the property but they kept to themselves. Motel is surrounded by food options which was nice.

This is exactly what we needed and expected. Drove 11 hours to this motel needing a dog friendly easy access room. Ours perfrctly fit the bill. Note this is a basic motel. No perks like in room coffee but was spacious, very clean, and had ample room to exercise dogs. Only wish others would have picked up their dog waste...motel provides bags and disposal.

Very clean room but not much in the room one little bar of soap, bath towels are very small no coffee maker in room no continental breakfast but at least the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable

I booked a stay here through Expedia but when we got there to check in, the front desk didn’t show a reservation for me. The man was super nice and helped us out with getting a room for the night. He even matched the Expedia price! Super friendly. The rooms were good for the price. Bed was super comfortable!

Batteries in remote control were dead, went to office to change them still wouldn’t turn Tv on, had to go back to the office to complain. Mgr had to come to my room to set up remote control to the Tv. Mind you all this was after 10pm and I was tired and ready to go to bed. After getting settled new customers with kids came to stay in room above mine and were VERY LOUD running around so I had to call the office to complain about that and phone barely worked it was very hard to hear the manager on the other end. The entire stay was awful.

Super hot, But was an okay stay, good for price.
the stay was okay, we got there and the air conditioning was off when we checked in and the room was sooo hot, there also isn't any air coming in or out the bathroom, also super hot, it took a while for the room to feel comfortable.

I got a room that was freshly painted, and I mean within a couple of days. Paint smell was extremely strong and I think the reason for my stuffiness. While it is dog friendly and they don’t charge a dog deposit, every blade of green anything that was within a block around the motel was stickers or goatheads! I had to drive 4 miles to the dog park so my dogs would go potty.

The whole outside smells like sewage and the non smoking room smelled like smoke but it was late and I thought ok we can make it work. Well, it’s straight up in the hood. And besides that I woke up the next morning with a ROACH crawling on my pillow! The only good thing I can say is that I had paid for 3 nights and they refunded a portion of that… I had to fight for it but I was able to have something to switch hotels

I was turned away before I could get the room that I had already reserved. Despite having talked to someone at the property to let them know we would be a late check-in, we still were denied our room. The front desk clerk looked like he was asleep or stoned out of his mind, and it took 2 phone calls, 10 minutes and about a dozen rings of the bell to even get him to the desk. We had to sleep in our CAR because of the clerk refusing us a room. I am highly dissapointed in Motel 6 and I will never book there again.

The place was in bad shape it looked like they tried to remodel but used cheap materials and labor the flooring didn’t even stick to the floor the gap underneath the door left in tons of cold air
