We were in room 103 and there was a serious issue early in the morning (6.30 ish. am) with the plumbing. A series of rumbling noises follow by a strong foul smell coming up from the shower drain. We had to have the window open fully on a bitterly cold morning. We called reception and Ben came up but there was nothing he could do. Eventually it stopped but it has put us off using your company again .

Family and I stayed a night while attending a football game. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the lady at reception who investigated town centre parking options for us. Room spacious and quiet, and a well cooked buffet breakfast the next morning. All for a very reasonable price. Excellent.

Good service.
Hotal good,clean.Staff friendly and helpful. They's no pool or gym as thought they was , reason for booking,but they's a swimming pool about 2miles away.Room had comfortable bed and a good shower room. Restaurant have friendly staff and the food was very good. The location is easy to get to and good for sightseeing.
