Pros: Very good breakfast.
Cons: tv is at bad angle to king sized bed.
Great location. Very courteous employees. Excellent breakfast.

Pros: Staff was very nice.
Location: We had no car and were there for a church service.
Would like to come back in warm weather to enjoy the courtyard.

We booked this hotel for our overnight getaway. Hotel staff was nice but the room was very disappointing. No microwave in the room, internet connection and speed was terrible and the bathroom was nasty. In the shower, there was soap residue from previous guest in the soap tray, and the under rim of the toliet was disgusting. Bathroom floor was so sticky that I had to put towels down just to use the bathroom.

Could use new carpet but weren't there for luxury...which it does not have.

my 101 yr old father was in a supposed handicapped room. The bathroom door was wide enough for the wheelchair but NO grab bars in the bathroom to allow for him to get on the toilet, I was in an adjoining room, but trying to help a 6'3" inch man to get on and off. The toilet was difficult for me. He needed to go to the bathroom two times a night. I was disappointed that Marriott disregards the actual requirements for a handicapped person . As a result, I was very displeased. Required evacuation from Hilton Head, SC

Lovely hotel, would get a 5 star but ... Room keys constantly reset and needed a passport to get recoded Club lounge food quality was variable Special event food was dreadful and servers were unable to d the simplest things (like conjure up a main meal without rice) Staff were friendly and helpful, pool was pleasant (if a little small), location couldn't be faulted
