These other statements made simply are not true . Unless employed by the property you would have no idea of knowing if there were numerous complaints or if they created her in a call or something even if she called or went up in person . The police are called in the extreme case they are needed. This wasn't one of those cases . Not even close. I investigated to see if there were any other complaints . There were not . We regret to hear that in some way we failed to meet your expectations. Upon reading this review I questioned all.staff involved with your stay and reviewed security video footage that contains audio as well from the front desk. As well I investigated the claims made herein . The shower head was faulty and needed replaced . You were.mived to another room as there is no 24 hour maintenance . The claim that the smell was nauseating in any room or even remotely foul was simply not true . Upon inspection if the bathroom door handle we found no issues . The Comforter are all bone dry. Due to the humidity and coolness if the rooms combined with the material the comforters are made from there can be a sensation or feeling of dampness. But it is a pseudo - tactile sensation . Nothing is wet . You were moved to the second and only other room you were ever in at this point . It's important to nite the desk chair was also damaged beyond repair in the first room. But moving in to the final night if your stay in the second room . The front desk was notified at 3:30 am that the room was not accessible . During the discussion you said it would be fine to simply sleep in another room until maintenance came.in the morning. The lock was not broken .The battery simply run down and was replaced by me that morning in under 5 minutes . There was never at any point and time any mention of anyone needing to get into the room due to medical needs of any kind including insulin. The desk agent asked twice ,he was willing to lock down the front and get you into the room. He was told twice that there was no need it would be fine until morning . It's also important to note that the chair in this room was also damaged beyond repair . That is 100 in damages that were not reported to the hotel prior to departure. Further due to the omission of facts and lack of consistency . There will be no refund . Partial or full. The damage fee will remain outstanding . Again we regret that in some way we failed to meet your expectations . But we hope when your in the area again that you will allow us to provide the excellent service and guest experience that we have become known for . Thanks you for your business.
