The room was dirty and had holes in the wall. The bathroom was terrible. Someone had wrote all over the tub with a black sharpie. The door was broke to the room and to the bathroom.

Room was okay holes in the door, burn holes in the blankets, and staff seemed annoyed to be there! I was charged for 2 nights when I only stayed one night! The man said he thought I would get a refund! both desk workers were on personal cell phones when I approached the desk when I checked in and when I asked about the double charger and it took them a minute to realize I was there!!! Very disappointed and annoyed that I was charged two nights and won’t get my money back for another week!!

The staff was great and the hotel was very nice and comfortable. Great place to stay and relax .the only thing that was not too good was the airport being so close

Horror Story

Pros: not very much. although the counter help were very helpful.
Non-smoking room cigarette burns in both comforters, floor molding around the room peeling off the walls. returned to my room first night couldn't get in. note stating they couldn't clean my room due to the do not disturb sign on the door. I never put the sign on the door it was in my room. they corrected that the next night. breakfast don't count on it. the juice machine looked like it hadn't been touch in months no apple or orange and the orange container inside was disgusting. I checked to see if I could get it to work.

Cement Walls?

I didn’t like the cement/stucco-like walls and the room door had a gap and I could see to then hallway. The surround area was a little sketchy. The hotel was comparable for the low price.

We were in town for a concert, the stay was great, the location of the hotel was perfect. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed ourselves very much.

overall acceptable for brief-no bells and whistles

smoke smell permeated the hallways no elevator rude evening clerk tile in hallway rather than carpet accentuated noise level
