Not kid friendly. 2nd stay within a month and just awful. Will not go back. TV worked here and there, thermostat wasn’t working so the room was very hot, super noisy because of a group, and one of the beds was broken and squeezed so loudly it woke everyone up every time someone moved. Staff seemed unbothered by the issues - did check on the noise complaint however the group settled around 11:1pm just to resume again well after midnight.

Good morning, It is true that we had a very disrepectful group in, this weekend, and we are sorry they had a negative impact on your stay. The climate control, at this time of year, is set on heat. Had we been aware of your discomfort we would have sent an engineer to your room to switch it over to AC. They also would have been able to reset your remote control. We also could have moved your room, if you came to us and told us about the bed. We have someone here 24 hours a day to assist our guests, but cannot help you if we are unaware of the issues until you are checking out. We are sorry that we are not a good fit for you, and wish you many happy travels in the days to come.

The hotel advertised hot tub and pool is they were not working other amenities were out of service as well. The management team horrible same as housekeepers, please try another hotel this is one of the most awful experiences I’ve ever had.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that the hot tub was not available during your stay, but all of our other amenities were functional. We understand that you are upset about your billing, but you cancelled your reservation with expedia and got refunded even though you stayed at the hotel, so we had to charge you. We are sorry that this caused hard feelings between us. We wish you many happier travels in the future!

Service was great and I enjoyed receiving texts from the staff asking if I needed anything! However, it was a bit unnerving that the fire alarm system was not operational during our visit. The smell of chlorine was also prevalent in the lobby, elevators, and hallways. Fortunately, the scent did not spread to the Tavern, my room, or the conference area I was in.

This isn’t really a family friendly hotel. Because of the Tavern staying open late, and a large group on our floor (think at least 6 rooms), we were woken up constantly during our stay because of loud voices/laughing in the hallway and slamming doors constantly from 10pm to 2am both Friday and Saturday. We were traveling with a 5 and 7 year old so it’s difficult to get sleep ourselves when they’re waking up startled. The room was okay, a little dirtier than we had hoped for - there was still garbage in the garbage cans, the paint was warped and peeling in the bathroom by the vanity, and a large patch of something very sticky on the desk that wouldn’t come off with a wipe. There was a leak nearby the main entrance of the hotel that was remedied with a bucket to collect the water, which was discouraging. Spending so much on a room for 2 nights - you expect the area to be clean and kept up however it’s clear it is not kept up well. Our shower was a struggle to get it work well - the shower head whistled but it was a pain to pull up the plunger to get the shower to work. You had to get it just right or else it would fall mid shower and switch to a bath. Our kids thought this was fun but I can assure you the adults didn’t. They have a nice pool area but there are other hotels in the area that are a bit more family friendly, search around.

We would have been happy to move you to a quieter room had we known you were unconfortable. All hotels require continuous maintenance. Sadly, since there are so many rooms, we don't always know that there is an issue until someone informs us. The staff at the hotel are its finest feature. The hotel itself was just ok. We stayed one night. When we arrived there was a bag of food at the entrance left behind by a guest. When we checked out next day the bag was over turned and food all over the sidewalk. Not the best greeting. Our room had loud guests above us and noises kept us up all night. Breakfast wasn’t available until 8:00 so having coffee available in the lobby before that would have been nice. The room rate was good so for families looking for a getaway it’s fine. The hot tub was not working but the gym/pool was great.

I Specifically called to ask if they had a hot tub which was main reason we wanted to book here. They said they did so we booked well once we arrived there was a sign that hot tub was broken so I asked if hot tub broke today and they said no it’s been down for about a week really why were we not told that when we called to ask yesterday. They cancelled on are request no issues there they were nice at the front desk no complaints there. I understand things break but feel like they may have left that out when we called to ask so we would still book with them.

Wonderfully Friendly Staff
This will become a regular stay now that we have family living in Heritage Village. For weekend visits, this mostly fits our family needs. This particular trip - we arrived very late, but I was able to call ahead and get the room switched to a king room, and added a rollaway bed - I appreciated the friendliness of the staff so much! They truly made our travel day much better!
