The staff was super friendly. The only bad thing was the cleanliness of the room. Bed spread was full of pubic hair. I had to ask for another one.

Didn't get what I paid for

I got a double bed room with non of the amenities I thought I was getting, even though I booked a king suite. The room also reaked of smoke and the table and counter tops were nasty.

Close to hospital

2nd time staying here. 1st time was fabulous! This time room wasn't as clean, floor wasn't vacuumed. Hope it was just rushed because I really like the location and the staff.

Disappointed

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and never had an issue until this weekend , checking in was difficult and employees were not eager to help. Parking is terrible and unsafe for a 21 year old young woman to have to park behind the building. Heat didn’t work causing me to get sick , no one answered the phone to fix the issue

Not as clean as last visit

My family stayed here in Dec 2016 and the room was very clean. This past Dec the room wasn’t as clean as before. The floor needed a good sweeping and scrubbing. There was white powder around in different spots. The beds were clean.

Just as I expected will never stay there again I guess you get what you pay for the tub was so nasty and not one cup to take my meds with

They were nice Bt all bc found one lol thing they didn't like they turned on us an said leave I mean we spent almost 1000.00 staying there. Bs. Dnt go there

Room wasn't ready

When we got to the hotel to check in they stated they had no rooms left.
