Excellent staff

Every single person we met was friendly and went out of his or her way to say hello. Very clean room and the bed was comfortable!

Great location, clean and nice.

Wonderful receptionist crews. The hotel is located close to nice restaurants. It is set in a beautiful location, confirmed but cozy inside a business area. Very accessable to get to and from the closest interstate.

Good location right off 280

I expected a little but better up to date facilities. Still a nice hotel but could have stayed somewhere cheaper and had the same experience.

Bring a nosegay

Pros: location
Cons: Try cleaning and don't advertise it is a non- smoking room if it has been smoked in
The lobby had a funny smell to it....laid that off to the 50 small soccer players running amuck. But when I got into my room it smelled like it had been smoked in and they were trying to mask the odor....unsuccessfully. Under the bathroom sink was a PILE of dirt in the corner. The whole time we were there the room never truly cooled and was always very humid...and nasty smelling.

Renovation Needed Now

The receptionist was oozing with Southern charm and kindness. She explained that it was the 4th of July weekend and they were very busy with weddings and family reunions so it would be noisy. She tried to place us where she thiought there would be the least amount of noise. The hotel is rundown and in desperate need of renovation. It had chipped paint and old stained carpet in the hallway. Our room had a broken lamp with the light bulb hanging to one side, the bathtub was stained with an inoperable plug and the paint job on the bathroom door was less than professionally done. On the other hand, the bed was comfortable and the chaotic noise dissipated about 11 pm. All that said, with a renovation the hotel could be one that I would return to. However, in its current state and price point I would not.

Friendliness and professionalism of front desk was outstanding. Room was comfortable, but bedding was old and torn. Bathroom was very small in comparison to other Hiltons and their branches. Free wifi should have been provided. Handicapped rooms should not be limited to one bed only!!!

What a dump!

Lobby had a very strong mold smell. The elevators were iffy. They creaked and popped enough to make you wonder if you would get stuck or plummet to the ground. We got to enjoy the walking through a construction zone in the hallway, dodging dust and workers to get to our room. WILL NOT BE BACK!

Wonderful!

Some of the reviews were not good. I don't understand that. This place was amazing! In all areas! We would definitely stay again!
