Great price for hotel that other similar properties would have cost $40-$50 more.

STOP!!! Check the reviews FIRST!!!!!

Upon arrival we discovered the bathroom toilet was broken we were moved to another room to discover the refrigerator was broken I contacted the front desk and was told the general manager will be up to our room to check out the refrigerator he did come but not until 6:03 p.m. that evening just to let us know. he did not know anything about fixing refrigerators, also I went to close the closet door and it was broken also fell right off the bent up hinge. Day 2....... We left our room early in the morning, and returned after 6pm to discover our room was not serviced, I called the front desk and was told housekeeping was still cleaning the rooms and that they would get to me later, I went to the front desk to see the housekeepers talking with the girl at the front desk, therefore I asked for tissue paper and towels our room needed to be replenmished, Day 3.... The air conditioner unit went out, which by this time I was so frustrated I did not even bother to report it because we were leaving anyways. $313.00 was the total for our stay I felt like our vacation for the most part was ruined so when you're picking out your hotel do know that pictures are deceiving read the reviews first!!!!!

Rough check in but otherwise nice

We got to the hotel at 8:00 local time. Our room was not ready. We were asked to have a seat in the lobby. We chose to go eat while our room was cleaned. Returned 45 minutes later, and had to wait another 45 minutes before we were able to get into a room. They explained that there had been an unexpected employee death, but they must have more than one housekeeper that cleans the rooms. They were very apologetic and otherwise the stay was Nice.

Great hotel ,wonderful staff, worst bed in town. It’s hard to believe that a hotel still has double beds and that they would be Recommended for a party of 3.

Traffic on 280 is the worst I have ever been on. Took 1.3 hours to get to the hotel.

Nasty mold!! In multiple rooms, bugs!!

We stayed one night on our way to Ohio October 2017 . We complained about the carpet feeling wet and spots on couches.Front desk did nothing. We were sick next day didn't know why. Couple days later we stayed again on the way back from Ohio. First room smelled of mildew and wasn't clean, front desk moved us next room where visible mold was growing so we looked under beds to inspect and both beds box frame were covered with mold. Next room had bugs crawling on bed. We checked out and stayed at the Drury suites just to get a good night sleep for remainder of our trip. Hotel still hasn't refunded for the stay and avoiding calls. Customer care hasn't done anything to help either after a month of repeatedly calling.

Terrible location to access.

Pros: Arrangement/floor plan of the room.
Cons: Give solid easy directions to the hotel. It's like driving through a maze to find this place especially in the dark.
Location: Once you can get to the main highway it is loaded with restaurants, world famous Edgar's! Nearby. The summit shopping area is bham's best.
The signage on streets to find this place was extremely difficult to navigate with all the traffic. Construction next door too. Breakfast was disappointing. Rubber eggs, poorly cooked sausage. Suggest, some hotels cover this by having gravy to help moisten the eggs. I would not stay here again.
