Enjoyable stay

The room I had was clean and extremely quiet, granted my stay was on a Sunday night. I will definitely use the hotel again

Blood and hair in bathroom

The checkin was smooth. The room however was like stepping back in time to the 80's. The furniture is run down and/or broken, lights were burnt out and there was nowhere to plug in a charger cord (I didn't bring my block with me). But worse was the blood smeared on the bathroom vanity and hair from a previous guest. Makes you wonder what else hasn't been cleaned properly. They changed my room with no question but the second room was still dumpy; clean, but dumpy)

Comfortable bed!

Pros: Location is good.
Cons: Elevators need some updating.
Location: Casino is close.
Everything we needed. Room was nice and clean, the bed was cozy, and the fireplace was a bonus - jacuzzi was great, too.

Bathroom was dirty there was spit in the tub, it looked like the cleaners didn't clean the bathroom at all.

A dirty bathroom is certainly not acceptable. The housekeeping and maintenance departments have been informed and the situation has been rectified. They found that the shampoo dispenser was leaking and after housekeeping had cleaned the room. The dispenser has been replaced. Again, I am very sorry for the incident and would love to invite you back to our hotel so we can have a second chance at making your stay a perfect one. Basic hotel

Pros: The restaurant was very nice, food was very good and prices were reasonable.
Cons: The hotel needs a face-lift, very old carpets and walls need painting. One elevator was out of the service, not good when they are so small.
Location: Nothing to say.
We only stayed one night while attending a football game at Commonwealth Stadium. The stadium was a 20 minute drive from the hotel.

Pros: close to everthing - ie shopping
Cons: no
Location: casino south gate shopping centre and several restaurants
nice hotel good restaurant and pub their across street from casino and easy to find and close to major intersections

Nice place handy location. The staff are excellent always willing to make your stay comfortable. Will recommend to anyone who asks about staying in edmonton

Rooms are outdated

Had mixed feelings about this hotel. We paid good money for a queen suite and the room was old and run down. On the other side, the bed was new and we had a great sleep. The restaurant downstairs had amazing food and great room service. I would not stay here again unless they remodelled the rooms or reduced the rates drastically, as I have paid much less for much nicer accommodations.

This is my go to hotel when I'm in Edmonton. The staff are great and the rooms are decent for the price.
