What you should expect from an extended stay venue. Door locks didn't work, residents questionable, and an array of misfortunes

Good area, bad hotel

The room wasn't clean, it had empty coke cans around, the toilette paper was not new, the AC was leaking causing the carpet to get wet, the sofa bed mattress was horrible, they didn't have more towels to give to guests, the side exit door wasn't working, and the key cards were dissactivated twice. Housekeeping lady told me that they didn't have towels to give out to guests and that it was terrible to have to work with little supplies. The front desk said that they could only exchange towels, but they didn't have anymore clean ones. This was one of my worst hotel experiences ever, my first and last time staying at an extended stay hotel.

Pros: not too expensive
Location: close to UNF. Close to a variety of restaurants.
just needed an inexpensive place to sleep for one night during new student orientation at UNF.

Not a bad place to stay

The staff is very friendly! Rooms are clean. Most annoyingly is a pizza company litters the entire hotel and rooms with flyers everyday. Makes the hotel feel cheap and trashy. For the price though it's a good hotel to stay at. Warning the elevators are slower than Molasses.

This place smelled awful

My room smelled stink, like it had not been deodorized since the hotel was built. I want out and purchased some comet and wipped the place down and it still stunk. Also, there was hair in my towels. I don't know what kind of hair it was, but it should not be in a "clean" towel. If you can help it, please do not stay at this place.

Meh.

Just ok. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned at all before we got inside our room. No toiletries were in the room except the used ones from the guest before us. Pool closes super early.

Comfy room but the room nice staff

The room was nice kitchen was good but the tub was awfully it had not been cleaned . The room was to close to an entrance door all nite someone was shaken it to get in and it was rite across from the elevator as well.
