It wasn’t the best.. I have stayed at these type of hotels before and they have been a lot better..

Absolutely Disgusting

My family and I chose to stay at this "hotel" on our way home from evacuating due to Irma. I have never been so disgusted by a hotel in my life! If I could give less than 1 star I would. The room was nasty, the floor was sticky, the supposed white towels were GRAY! There were no sheets in the room for the pull out bed, and when I called the front desk I was advised to go down stairs to collect the sheets, and when I got there they didn't have any clean sheets ready to go. I, along with 2 other guests, had to wait in front of the laundry room while the employee found clean sheets. When it was my turn there were no more blankets for me. I understand that the hotel was probably at capacity due to evacuees, but that is no excuse for the filthy status of the room. I couldn't bring myself to change out of my clothes or take out my contacts because I didn't want to touch my eyes. In the morning the elevator was out of order, the water wouldn't drain from the tub and there was no garbage can in the room.

Fernando and Hannah were excellent. They were very helpful and customer service focused. They should be highly commended by Extented Stay management.

Hallways reeked of weed. Trash laying around in the stairs. Room had no towels for us to use for the shower. Open and used soap in the bathtub from last guest, which it's safe to say "housekeeping" didn't even bother cleaning. Bed sheets had burned cigarette holes. Pool had way too much chlorine that ended up discoloring our bathing suits. And their free breakfast is just a lay out of cold coffee and granola bars.
