Hidden Fees

Pros: it was clean
Cons: needs proper management and better policies
Location: close to a shopping mall
I was charged an unexpected exorbitant security deposit upon check in.This money was drawn from my account instantly.I was told that the money would have been returned upon checkout.This was not the case,I had to call the hotel several days later about releasing my money and I was transferred to a very rude and unprofessional manager who didn't seem to care if I get my money back or not. I had to wait many days for my money.I would not recommend this hotel to even my enemy.

OK, but . . .

Pros: The staff were polite and efficient.
Cons: Just needs clean up and more concern about public area and grounds appearances.
Location: The hotel location was very convenient for my business.
Granted, this facility had a renovation going on--I understand that--but does renovation mean you can't even vacuum? My room was basic but fine, yet the hallways were a big mess for all 3 days of my stay. This could have been a simple fix. Also, a note affixed to my door said workers would be in the facility from 11-5 each day. It was after 8 pm when they finally quit making noise in the hallway and left. My view out the window to a small creek could have been nice, but the rear of the hotel was littered with junk, another simple fix.

THE ROOM WASNT MAKE AND THEY CHARGE US MORE THE HOUSEKEEPING DIDNT MAKE THE ROOM AND THE STAFF LADY STILL DON'T GIVE US A NEW ROOM

Front desk staff was really nice and loaned me a charger that I had forgotten. However, I was disappointed when noticed a previously used body wash cloth on top of the shower rod. The sink has a very slow drain and housekeeping should be taking care of it. There is some renovation is under progress but hallway carpets had dusting (room was fine).

日曜日に宿泊したので、近くのリカーショップが18時半でしまっていた為、近くのお店に行って、ビールを飲みました。ここでは、落花生がお代わり自由で、これが美味しかったです!

Nice hotel.

Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful. Hotel under renovation on first floor, did not affect rooms on second floor. Only negative was that the Expedia site said that the hotel was 2.34 miles from our destination when it was actually over 6 miles.
