There was so mucj garbage on the property. I stayed for a week and the same garbage stayed on the ground the whole time. My hallway got vaccumed once. The elevator never got cleaned and there was spit in there.

Staffs are very nice. Broken walls. Bathroom was dirty with previous guest hair in bathtub. Walls are very thin. No acoustic. You can hear everything from neighbors upstairs to neighbors next door conversation. Pet friendly which results in different dogs barking in the hallway very early in the morning and wake u up. Overall unclean and loud.

The customer service beat most 5 star hotels I have stayed in. The staff went above and beyond for dining options and shuttle service to the concert. Very Friendly even though they were checking in at least 20 people in the same 30 mins. Bravo Red Roof!

The hotel was nice and convenient since we wanted to be close to Foxborough. We walked to Stop & Shop in the neighboring plaza easily but walking to the nearest restaurant was not as easy. There were no sidewalks heading to the main highway so we had to walk either in the road or on the grass. Not the hotel’s fault at all, just not super convenient. Then a fuse blew and the heater broke after we got soaked at a concert so that was unfortunate… they did have maintenance man flip the switch the next morning and gave us a $100 voucher which we appreciate. Overall a great stay at an affordable price!

Beds were really uncomfortable and the tub and sink were dirty. Staff was friendly. I got there 50 minutes early so asked if room was ready for t was but I would have to pay $25 to check in early. So waited until 3pm like everyone else and stood in line with 20 other people all trying to check in to get to concert. Paid 300 for a be night because it was a concert night and not worth more 75 a night for comfort and cleanliness. Needs updating. I’m be elevator stairs but for emergency exit only and doesn’t go to lobby.
