Shout out to Sam, Lori, and Logan! Outstanding hosts 💯Samantha in front desk, Logan and Lori in breakfast 🍾💯🙏 Excellent services! Thank you. Best 3 star by a mile! Clean rooms and amazing customer services. These 3 wear their heart in their sleeves. Always helpful with a smile, hard workers too! Give them a raise! 10 days felt like home, and I didn't want to leave. Thank you 😊

This hotel is advertised as non-smoking but when we entered the door on the first floor, it was clear there was smoking in that part of the hotel. The room smelled like a bar. We brought it to the attention of two staff member who acted like they had no idea what we were talking about and no interest in checking it out. I’m a Marriott silver elite member who will never stay at Thai hotel again.

The property was situated off the highway, surrounded by trees. This made it nice and quiet. The hot water takes forever to heat up so my shower was cold for quite some time, just turn on the water and leave it running for 5 minutes and you’ll be good, though.

It was quiet and the staff was friendly. The couch was hard as a rock!

The hotel room was amazing, great breakfast and really nice staff. Our room did not have hot water in the shower, but they compensated us. Over all very nice hotel, would definitely recommend!!!🙂

Staff were great. There were issues that included poor water temperature. Took a long time for water to get hot. Cleanliness was average. Lighting is not great in the rooms.

Staff was Awesome! Very friendly and went above and beyond. Very accomdating! Hotel was older looking than the pictures, rugs in room and commonways were old and dingy. Bathrooms not 100% clean. Location was good and near a lot of stuff. Price on hotels.com was Fabulous.

Fully equipped efficiency apartment, plenty of room to move about comfortably, and super clean, furnished, and quiet. The bedding was comfortable and afforded a restful night's sleep. I inadvertently left three pairs of dress slacks in a drawer, called, and was able to check that they had them and will have a local family member retrieve them for me.

Very dated decor. When checking in asked for additional pillows and blankets front desk had to find some. Breakfast which was supposed to start at 6:30 they were still setting up for a 8:00. No regular coffee. Asked for ice water women could not understand request had to get help to understand. Have stayed here before decline in service quite noticeable

Charging for parking in Foxboro?
The place is fine. It is nothing special but gets the job done for a family of 4. I really get annoyed that they charge $7 a night for parking. The people at the front desk can’t even explain why. This is a suburban hotel, nobody would ever be parking there for any reason other than they are staying at the hotel. I’d rather you just charge $7 more a night for the room and not tell me you’re charging me for parking. It’s not a lot of money, it’s just the point that it is a garbage practice. ( p.s. , it’s no where near Gillette stadium, so that excuse does not work)

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. Bed spring was with broke or worn out. Sheets had pen marks on it and did not seem fresh. No mirrors besides bathroom. AC shut off during night. Extremely warm

This was one of the best continental breakfasts I have had at a hotel. The was plenty of space in the sitting area to accommodate a small family gathering and the staff was very friendly.
