They don't give you soap or shampoo or clean your room. The sofa bed was the worst ever. You can't sleep on it due to a large bar that hits your back. The mattress if you could call it that, is all metal springs. I had to get bath towels and fold them all and place them under the sheets to sleep on it.

The staff were very nice, the only down fall one of the doors to enter was broke had to walk around if something was not there to hold the door open, unfortunately the door was always had something in it to hold open day and night

No Hot Water😡
After we had checked in and we’re heading to our room we were notified that they were working on getting the Hot Water tanks changed over. So our entire stay we had no Hot Water even for showers in the morning

We apologize for the inconvenience; the hotel was replacing the boilers to provide a better guest experience. The hotel did not shut off the water in the building until Monday afternoon after your departure.

Hasn’t been cleaned in a long time, walls, air vents, mirrors are all caked with dust. Non smoking building that smells of smoke. Needs a serious upgrade, shower is all yellow.

The worst place
Don’t ever go to Marriott Bonvoy!!! I stayed there and they start acting like they so sweet and helpful the place is the dirtiest dump and the workers tell lies and steal and not to mention there disgusting beds with blood on it!!! The staff are horrible. They don’t clean anything they they to just make it look like they’re clean, but they’re looking for things people left behind. bugs everywhere and they get mad when we complain about it like what do you want us to write a note yes the public should know that’s a dirty dirty place

Staff was friendly, pool was great and breakfast was good. The room, however, smelled like someone had smoked in it, mold and ants in the bathroom, damage to the walls, dented refrigerator - it looked like no one has maintained the property in quite some time.

Central to family I was visiting, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and expressway to get to neighboring towns. Breakfast good too. The property is due for cosmetic updates which I look forward to.

Not very comfortable
Overall the stay met its purpose. The hotel was convenient to what we were doing but I would not stay here again. As these rooms only have one bed, my son was to sleep on the pull out sofa bed. What a joke for a bed! The mattress was paper thin and very uncomfortable. I ended up using the sheets to make up the sofa for him to sleep on which that was uncomfortable as well. The kitchen had all we needed however there was a dish cloth and spoonge but there wasn't any dish soap to be found. The breakfast was sufficient. I was disappointed to find that the waffles were only available on the weekend. That is pretty much all my son eats when we travel so this was a challenge. The only thing that made the stay enjoyable was the night employee at the front desk, Neila. She was very friendly and checked us in efficiently. Another positive to this hotel is the restaurant next door, 99. The restaurant was very good enough so we ate there 2 times. If you are going for comfort you should choose another hotel.

The property is wonderful location, I have been consistently visiting the area and this property for over 5 years. The property is very dated and the rates keep increasing, without investment in the property.

It’s okay to stay here
The room was big and nice but it smelled like a wet dog. The air conditioning I don't know if it wasn't working well or that it didn't cool properly. I traveled from NY to stay here the traffic on the road was too much so we spent about 7 hours on the way arriving to check in at 1 am next day for that reason I asked if they could give me a late check out and they told me a very big NO without taking in consideration my case. The rest was fine. We still enjoyed it a little.

My husband and I have stayed here multiple times, it’s our favorite hotel in the area. Check-in is always speedy and the front desk staff is very helpful. There were complimentary treats upon check in that were positively delicious! The woman who checked us in on our last 2 visits was kind and professional. We appreciate having the ability to make small purchases from the on site “convenience store”. They keep snacks and necessities stocked there, for that late night craving or in case you forget a charger or toothbrush etc. The breakfast is always good, in fact it’s the best in our area and includes multiple hot and cold options. They never complain if we take an extra yogurt or small snack back to the room for later. Parking is convenient and you can usually get pretty close to the rooms, which we like since we are the extreme opposite of “light” packers and we can see our car from at least one window in the room. The towels, blankets, and pillows in the room are fluffy and VERY clean! We enjoy the modern conveniences in the room (smart tv, usb plug ins to charge devices, sleek leather furniture and modern lighting). The rooms are well stocked with clean dishes, silverware and kitchen utensils. The appliances are all up to date. The rooms truly feel like a home away from home. It was comfortable, quiet, and all-in-all deserving of high praise. Our one and only qualm with this location is the pricing. The rooms are very pricey, even considering how nice they are.
