Had to call hotel to get someone to come to the front desk to get service for myself and another person who said she had been wait for 10 mins.
Drink and snack machines were about 95% out of everything in them.
Hotel old and outdated.
Was quoted the incorrect travel time to our destination.
Room heating/air system old and u couldn't control it.

Dear guest, I apologize that you had to wait for the front desk person to serve you. Please let us know about any issues in the room right away so we could fix the problem and make your stay as comfortable as possible. I will talk to the person who is responsible for drink and snack machine to fill it up on time. Once again, our apologies.
