Beautiful Experience

The greeting at the front desk was fast, the room was perfect and on ground level which made it easy to get our things out the car and twake into the room, the bed was very comfortable and clean.

No comforter or duvet on beds. Had to ask for extra blankets. Didn't make our beds during three night stay.

The beds are triple sheeted with a blanket in the middle so it is not on top. We do apologize if the blanket was missed on the bed and for not making the bed up. Thank you for your feedback.

Dog friendly a plus.

Pros: Dog friendly.
Cons: Rooms need a touch up. The carpets are dingy and the cleaning staff needs to do a better job on the mirrors. Also lamp shades need replacing.
Location: On Highway 1, conveniently located near shopping, Downtown Southern Pines and a short drive to the Village of Pinehurst.
We stay at the Best Western because it is very affordable and accepts pets without additional fees. You get what you would expect for the money and location. Not very many dining options for those without transportation close by. They offer a full breakfast in the mornings which is a plus.

Total disappointment

Most hotels are interior not exterior room set up. It looks like they put their name on an old motel. I booked it based on the way it was at my hometown. Never again though.

Mr Damien I am sorry that our hotel didn't meet your expectations. The hotel was built in 1986 and was a Hampton in. The hotel in your town might be newer but their are several hotels in the USA that are outside exterior.

Clean and decent

Loved the breakfast lady! Only had warm water for our showers not hot. They said it was because we were at the far end. It should be hot in ALL rooms.
