State Inspection Required

The staff was outstanding. The hotel conditions are very poor. Small bugs (about the size of a grain of sand) were in room. Stained sheets, pillow cases and carpets. Sink drains and "running toilet" after flushes were in both rooms. Hotel soaps were not replenished, and when asked at desk, they were out of stock. The hotel is not a 2 star hotel. One at best. Again,...the staff...absolutely outstanding people. The hotel,..terrible.

Dingy rooms, carpeting torn, closet door did not open easily, mildew under tub mat, stale/old odor, clock radio unplugged behind bed, radio did not work after moving bed & plugging it in, entire facility needs updating. One room had loose security lock. Entry doors very poorly fit frame.

I arrived after midnight so the computer had already charged me for the room but would not issue a key. The front desk clerk was very helpful, found a way around the issue and had me in a room in a matter of minutes. The room was clean. Overall it was a good experience. I would stay there again.

the staff is always pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds are a little harder than what I like but they are OK.

nice family/pet friendly hotel

would recommend this hotel. beautiful pet friendly grounds and spacious clean rooms. staff was very friendly and helpful. good selection of hot food for breakfast.
